Very nice campground. Activities for kids, cornhole tournaments, and really good people. 10/10 Recommend!!! Staff are friendly as well! Had alot of rain before we came and they brought 3 bucket loads of gravel for my father in law so it wouldn't be a swamp in his site. Very good staff!

Highly recommended. I pulled my pop-up into Space 50 and enjoyed two nights there. Clean, well-maintained bathhouse, plenty of woods and shade, some walking trails and other recreation opportunities for families. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return and make this campground a home base for tourism around the area.

Great campground, very clean and well-maintained. Better than most. Site 26 by the creek was especially nice. Traveling through, we stayed 3 nights and visited Monticello, Michie Tavern, a couple of breweries close by, and Skyline Drive.

Hi all, we just came back from Misty Mtn Camp Resort near Charlottesville, Virginia. The place is spacious and spotless! The nearest bath house had 6 individual bathrooms with walk in granite showers that always smelled freshly bleached. There is a large pillow jumping pad, a nice playground, a pool for in-season, and plenty to do! We saw all sorts of sites- some up a hill with mountain views, some were river front, some wooded, some on gravel. A few huge open fields for outdoor sports, a dog pen for running around, laundry, store, daily garbage pick up too. 5⭐️!

Lovely and well-maintained campground with different types of sites for all kinds of camping (backcountry to full hookups). So many fun things for the kids to do!!! We enjoyed the s’mores and Easter movie night :).

We loved our trip to Misty Mountain, even in not so great weather (it was freezing!). The site was great. The staff were very friendly, golf cart in good shape, loved having the lounge to hang out in since it was so cold. Would come back!!!

The spots were nice size and the water and cable were good. It helped that it was not very crowded but hope to visit again. The cabins looked really nice and they had some that you could have a pet which is very rare, thank you for that!

Nice level lot. Amanda in the office was fantastic. We got in on Thursday evening after the office had closed and Amanda had the paperwork on the bulletin board waiting.. The reason for the 4 stars: Our lot was very muddy in spots and had a 1' deep indentation where someone had run over the grass. It's probably repaired by now. Would definitely stay again

Traveling from CT to FL and needed to take a break. Great campground and staff! They recommended the Blue Mountain Brewery for dinner and had one of my favorite meals on our trip. We will be back to Misty Mountain!

We love this campground. Great location for wine and beer tastings and restaurants. We live about an hour and half away and this is our go to place for a planned trip or a quick last minute get away (as long as their is an open spot). We have owned our motorhome for only 4 years but stay here at least twice a year. The owners and employees are always friendly. Only thing is I wish the VIP sections had paved spots instead of gravel. This is also a family friendly spot with a pool, trampoline, 2 play grounds and lots of running space. Highly recommend!
