We had stayed in a 2-double bed suite where the sofa opens up to another double bed. I am not sure if another cot would have fit. I imagine any hotel would have to assess fire safety rules as to whether or not they would allow an extra cot in the room.
So, I think the answer probably depends on how many people you are trying to get into your room. Considering the affordability of this highly-rated hotel (it was so nice I look forward to going back), personally, I would pay a little extra to have enough space for comfort if you are thinking of staying longer than just overnight.
