Hotels tend to be expensive in this area. We were driving down 220, and it had gotten dark and it looked like we would have to go all the way to Covington to find a hotel. Even there the cheapest one was the same price as this Motel. It was a very good find. My husband is in a wheelchair...

It was my first time staying overnight in Motel. Very impressive. The bedding is clean and new, people are very friendly, and the surrounding is picturesque. It is very close to Hot Spring at the Omni Homestead. When you book this motel, pay attention what kind of room you need: with or without the kitchen.

I rode my motorcycle solo through Gohen Pass to the falls in Covington. I had a long day and it was 9:30 when I happened on this cute motel. I was exhausted and sore. When I checked I there was a nice couple there. They said they had one room left but it was promised to someone else, but that...

Stayed here for a few days while working in Hot Springs. This is a nice, clean, and quite motel. I'd stay here again. Having said that the place is not new. It has character, so as long as you don't come expecting the sterile feel of a newly remodeled chain hotel I don't think you'll be disappointed.

The Roseloe Motel was quite surprising when we pulled in. It was well lit and it easy to check in. The room was very clean and had a nice smell to it. The beds were small but that was okay. I loved the shower!! It was kind of weird having the light switch for the bathroom outside of it on...

Staff was nice enough but the room was dirty. Especially the bathroom, the toilet and shower had not been cleaned there was hair on floor and in shower, also beds seemed dingy and were extremely uncomfortable, very hard.

Pulled in late to hot springs and came across Roseloe Motel . Which is located between HotSprings and Warm Springs . We settled for a room with two Queen beds which was a nice size and clean. Hot water in the shower took a few minute to get hot but delivered in the end. Overall a decent Motel at a...

One of the beds in the room had not been changed, a bunch of 2" black hairs between the sheets when I pulled the covers back. I am bald and gray haired so they weren't mine. Furniture needs a major up grade.

The check in staff/managers were very helpful offering laundry etc etc. The room was spotlessly clean and nice and quiet. Compared to other places nearby this was a bargain. Good little town nearby to explore if you have the time

Family of 4 spent a night at the Roseloe whilst visiting the area. The room was clean and roomy, and we had a peaceful night sleep. The location of the Motel is perfect, Hot Springs is a nice town. We toured the Omni and had a nice dinner in town. Pricing was fair at this no-frills motel.
