What a lovely place! Spacious rooms, a large and restful porch overlooking an expansive lawn with fully grown trees, everything was very clean, and the bathrooms were nice and new. I will not forget the very hospitable owners, who share their joie de vivre by serving up a breakfast that a five star hotel wishes it could serve.

We've been part of a group of 4 couples that visits every Oct. for 2-3 nights, and have done so for going on 10 years. Liz and Richard are just so very nice. We feel so comfortable with them and in their house. The rooms are beautifully decorated in traditional fashion, and the bathrooms are shiny-clean. The breakfasts are a...

My wife and I were looking for a spot to take a few day child free holiday after Christmas. At first we looked at The Homestead. It's a place we have heard about but never visited. But after reading some reviews it seemed more of a place for the new money country club set, not exactly our cup of tea...

My second visit but my husband has been coming here for 20 years. Liz and Richard are just so sweet and welcoming you can't help but feel like you've come home to visit family. The Inn is convenient to up scale activities at the Homestead or great hiking and outdoor activities along Jackson River and in the mountains. The bedrooms...

Richard and Liz are warm, delightful hosts, and their B&B provides wonderful surroundings within which to relax, most convenient to attractions in both Hot and Warm Springs. Richard engineers an excellent pre-set breakfast and provides knowledgeable and pleasant conversation, as well. This visit, we enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed room on the second floor which features an alcove in the...

The innkeepers are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, bright & clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the very inviting front porch. Breakfasts were delicious. We are very glad we chose this KVI over The Homestead for our anniversary weekend.

We chose this Inn after reading TripAdvisor reviews and staying at other local inns and hotels in past visits to the area. We had a wonderful experience. It is close to good restaurants, and a short drive on the main road to browse the downtown shops and the shops at the Homestead. We attended the Garth Newel Music Center for...

Warm, comfortable, relaxing with a very friendly couple to greet you. Beautifully decorated with spacious rooms. I would take this over a resort hotel type room any day. It's only a couple minutes from town and the omni hotel, if you want to use their facilities. A few miles in the opposite direction will get you the warm mineral springs...

The inn is about 2 miles from the entrance to the Omni Homestead but it is worth the three minute drive to stay there you are looking for a more relaxing and and affordable option. Owners are very welcoming and friendly, and there are a lot of nice touches such as homemade lemonade and chocolates and free bottled water in...

Father's Day weekend. Was going to be quite expensive for two rooms & 3 nights at the Homestead. Found this B&B. I've only stayed at a 1/2 dozen B&B's before, but this place was great. Very nice home. Very large room. Very sweet owners. Close to the Homestead. I would highly recommend this place. PS. Breakfast was fantastic.
