The Innkeepers were so nice and made us feel so welcomed. The property was beautiful and they were starting their Holiday decorating, which was very charming. The food and the service were more than we expected. We had a party of eight, and all of us are considering a return. The Living Social was such a deal! Thanks for your...

Just returned from a wonderful experience at Meander Inn. This was a living social deal which was absolutely lovely. Suzie and Suzanne are professional innkeepers, friendly, caring, accomodating in all aspects. The rooms are beautiful. The cooking class, by hubby, relucantly atended was great, he thoroughly enjoyed it. The dinner and wine paring was amazingly delicious!. Just the right amount...

We stayed at another B & B in the area but dined here. They were overbooked so they sat us in a small dark library at a covered metal patio table. We were not able to comfortably put our legs under the table which made the never ending 4 hour meal time VERY uncomfortable. The salads were delicious and my...

We went to Meander as part of the Living Social deal. Obviously, this "deal" was meant to drum up money for the inn. After our dinner last night, I can assure anyone reading this that none of the 40 people eating the dinner would recommend this place. The dinner took 4 hours. How hard is it to serve dinner, folks?...

This inn embodies the essence of the best in b and b's- great ambience, outstanding 5 star food, warmth, and genuine ,heartfelt hospitality! Suzie and Suzanne are outstanding hostesses. The inn is beautifuuly situated near Culpepper and Charlottesville- so much to see and do or nothing at all.

Meander has such possibilities. A lovely location, an interesting, historic house, and a wonderful kitchen. But the attention to detail is missing...both from the innkeepers themselves and the furnishings and upkeep of the house itself. It wouldn't take much to make it fabulous. Stilll, it's a nice getaway with an outstanding breakfast.

My hubby and I "stumbled" upon this B&B. We were set for a weekend to hike "Old Rag" in the Shenandoah and wanted a quiet little get-away. This was it and MORE. We read some reviews about the outstanding dinners and the lovely accommodations and that was a perfect off-set to the 10 mile hike we were about to endure....

We were looking for a get-a-way that would provide solace to our souls and insight into the historical past of our area. We found it at the Inn at Meander Plantation. " No fuss" and only the magnificent beauty of the calm of nature surrounded us as we ventured to Montpelier and the surrounding wine country. We were treated with...

My husband and I were guests for three days, two nights. The innkeepers, Suzanne and Susie were charming. They give their guests maximum privacy yet are always available if needed. Bruce and I took a cooking class from Suzie one evening and with several other couples learned some gourmet tricks of the trade. Our meals were more than abundant, always...

I purchased a living social escape for the Inn at Meander Plantation and surprised my wife for her birthday with a weekend getaway. We were very impressed with the Inn and thoroughly enjoyed each aspect of our stay. I think the highlight of our stay was the exceptional dinner on Monday night. It's a great place to 'getaway', I would...
