This was a family trip and it was our first stay with RCI and at Massanutten-Woodlands Resort. Our initial impression was awe. The check in and parking pass process went smoothly. We arrived on a Saturday at 6pm (which is check-in time) and we were out of there and in our room within 20 minutes, if that. I wasn't expecting...

My last trip to Massanutten Resort was awful! The staff was completely incompetent. When I called the week prior to our trip, I was told my week was a slow week and they had plenty of units available. Once I arrived I was told that my week was one of the busiest weeks of the year. They told me they...

The snow tubing was awful. It not only was man-made snow (which is fine) but the temperatures were so warm, you could barely make it down the hill. The tubes continually kept stopping. It was very frustrating and boring for the kids, and not to mention NOT CHEAP! If you know the weather will be too warm, instead of taking...

We stayed at the Regal Vistas through RCI on an exchange. Awesome facilities! The duplex style condo was very well-equipped and clean. We enjoyed the views from our windows overlooking the mountains and from where we were we could see the waterpark... Very nice. We were not there and ski however we did venture up towards the mountain and "Base...

I surprised my boyfriend with a night at the resort. We arrived around 2:30pm which is before check-in time but our room was ready which was awesome because we had a 3:00pm snow tubing reservation. We really enjoyed snow tubing but the only downside is that the machine taking you back up the mountain after you have gone down in...

We stayed for 6 days at end of January this year. It was a very relaxing one week. We stayed with another couple. The unhurried life is what we enjoyed most. Since we are not into skiing, we were observer only. But for the animated gestures of other more active guests, we could see it's a very enjoyable place. There...

We spent a great long weekend at Massanutten with our extended family and close friends to celebrate my father's 70th birthday. There was something to do for everyone and the kiddos especially loved the indoor water park. We had a nice relaxing time and got to reconnect as family with new generations added.
