Came up to celebrate a friends bday for the weekend. Upon arrival, the sights were great! On the other hand, the customer service from the children in the rental office was atrocious. My snowboard boots were a bit snug, so trying to avoid the inevitable blisters to come from boarding for 8 hours, I asked for another pair. Took at...

We have been here many times and enjoy all the amenities here, There is something to do all the time for all ages. You don't have to leave the resort at all . We love to hike and the Ridge trail can be reached via chair lift or hike right up. The Skyline drive is down the road on Hwy 33(...

Had a great time skiing with friends, however, the horrible attitude of the tweeny boppers working really set me off. If you have a customer come to the desk to rent boots, don't glance over and then laugh amongst yourselves. Don't roll your eyes when a customer needs a different size. The lack of customer service was absolutely terrible. Teach...

Two free nights and other perks! On the third day at 8:00 am your 90 minute required tour and presentation of the resort began and presentation of the benefits of owning a time share at the property. After 2:30 hours of high pressure selling for their time share properties, enough was enough! There were over 100 people for the required...

Time share gimmicks galore! Family has owned multiple units and weeks, since the beginning of this property. In fact we bought there, before the very first units were started! So, over all of those years, we have seen nothing but a decay in value invested, major increases in annual "maintenance fees", and a major failure to reinvest appropriately in property...

We are owners and do enjoy the amenities The food and accommodations However it is quite a large resort, You do have to drive up and down and around . I don't agree with all the amenity fees It can get quite expensive for families The time share associates are hard sales And your 90 mins is hours and hours...

This was the worst trip in our 17 years of ownership. The service at all the establishments were awful, except at Encounters lounge, which was tolerable. Water park is closed two days during the week and was cold! Food choices are very limited. There is an extra cost for almost everything, even as an owner. Always promises of what is...

If you ever see a "giveaway" anywhere (we filled out a card at an On the Border restaurant), DON'T DO IT! We got a call saying that we won all these fabulous prizes and gift cards at about 830 one evening. Then you enter a high-pressure situation where they say they have all these great amenities and acomodations and you...

This review is for Woodstone, the hotel, and the ski park. This resort is HUGE. There are so many things to do here, such as their water park, ski/snowboard slopes, golfing, mini golf, real-size golf, etc. I guess I should have done more research about this place because I really wasn't expecting just how spread out everything was. It really...
