On the plus side there is a wide variety of things to do in a beautiful setting. We choose to sit through the timeshare sales pitch for tickets to the waterpark ($150). My husband and I thought we could enjoy it for what it was, we are not easily irritated by sales people. You will not be able to cut...

Nice and clean hotel rooms no lights on the road after 7:30 it's very dark. The water park and horse back riding is one of the best attractions for grownups and children . Also they have a weight rooms with treadmills and a basketball court and a fishing pond great for spring and summer not for winter.

the resort is perfect for beginner skiers. there is not much to do on the resort, so unless you have a vehicle you will be stuck in your condo. the condos we stayed in where the newer ones on site, but the wall were thin & you could hear the guest above us. the ski, tubbing & adventure area were...

My sisters and I decided to take a mini getaway to Massanutten, and stayed in one of the hotels on the resort. It was through our parents timeshare, but it was a nice space. I will say we went in the winter - and there were ants in the kitchen. We called the maintenance team to come and get rid...

Not sure what has happened to this resort but it has gone downhill fast. First, was told we could check in no later than 5 pm., room wasn't ready until 6:40 pm. Finally get to our room and it's 79 degrees in the room due to the beautiful warm day. Kick on the a/c and nothing. Call the front desk...

Recently visited Massanutten Resort and stayed in the hotel. Property is beautiful and spacious. We visited off season (March) so we missed many activities which take place in warmer weather. We also travelled mid-week which caused us to miss activities we were interested in such as zip line and horse back riding which are only offered on certain days. Would...

Last year we stayed at the Regal Villas and it was a very nice experience. This year, we were assigned to the Summit ones and the experience was totally different. The Summit apartments should have been renovated years ago. At least, before a full renovation takes place, they should change mattresses, bedding and towels, which were old and stained.

Our unit was nice (Woodstone Meadows). We are not picky, fussy people. Yes some of the furniture is scratched but not offensively so. We had a 2 bedroom unit which worked out nicely for our family of 5. The youngest slept on the pull out couch which I'm certain would not have been comfortable for anyone else. We had 2...

I've been called a "hotel snob" and am officially a timeshare owner as of December. My Spring break visit with the family was my first stay at Massanutten as an owner. We own a week at the Shenandoah villas, but stayed at the regal vistas for our bonus week. I have to say, "I was pleasantly surprised!" Great sense of...

Save your money if you're booking here or thinking about touring a timeshare. I booked a room for Easter week to host a family dinner. The representative asked what our plans were, and i said, "we are cooking a family dinner". "That sounds wonderful!", she said and then apparently booked us in a unit with no stove and no oven....
