The accommodation was arranged for my family for two days and one night. The resort is beautiful with landscaping and a small river flows along the resort. Everyone including Kids really had awesome time. From checkin to checkout every thing was flawless . Thanks to resort owner Mr. R Pokhriyal for awesome hospitality. Food was amazingly excellent.
No welcoming experience, owner is rude, no hospitality ethicates, though food is good but there are many other great options offers better environments n facilities with great experience, this is my first experience here in this resort, they cry for even a single help you ask for, a big no traveling with family, its the worst, i would never recommend this to anyone
This is one of worst resorts in ratta pani (Nakshatra resort), pathetic experience, owner is so rude he starts shouting when you ask for any help and support, there was no towels, sockets are not working, no proper room service, book this in your risk, but later surely you'll regret, thanks.
I stayed 2 nights 3 days at Nakshatra Resort because after seeing the pictures on various travelling websites. The location of the resort is beautiful. But you cant call it a resort if you dont have the facilities and owner/manager didnt make it clear on enquiry. Pros:- 1) Size of the Quad sharing room is decent. 2) food is simple and delicious with no variety. 3) The view is amazing. 4) Breakfast, Lunch, evening snacks, Dinner and a visit to waterfall is included in the tariff. 5) The staff was helpful. Cons of staying at the resort:- 1) Parking is a bit far from the resort ,so that will be inconvenient for those who are old or having knee problem ( its a paid parking) 2) No room is with AC (coolers in the room) 3) No intercom to call the staff 3) Drainage problem in the bathroom 4) No mirror in the room 5) Dinner time starts at 9:30pm. 6) No provision for complimentary Mineral water ( you will have to buy it) 7) No toiletries, no dental kit 8) The owner/manager (Mr.Rakesh) is not at all co-operative.…
this place is not at all what its represented. there is no parking of the resort. you have to park the vehicle in paid parking with 100 rupees per day. NO AC facility- not even in dining room, no television except in staff room. No intercom Power cut is very frequent and it takes ages to shift between generator and local power supply and vice versa. the walk from road till hotel is not at all pleasant. its over drains and pipes. stinking at places There is no pool neither nearby nor far (as stated on ibibo). Food and good and staff is friendly & polite. Can be visited in winter season. Note: this place does not have any mobile network connection(be it any network)
Behaviour of the owner is very very bad. He will cry for 100 rupees also. Lots of beautiful cottage are there just near to this cottage. Book there not here. Food is below average. There is no bed for two persons as described all the four beded. Parking is not free. Owner think he may be superman, shaktiman, batman, Nagraj or may be James bond uneducated man...
Travelled to Rishikesh after years of avoiding it due its ability to attract bucketloads of crowd on weekends... And how I was wrong....My friends and I ended up staying at Nakshatra Resort purely based on luck and were delighted to see the spacious and peaceful yellow cottages right next to the river... The resort has a garden with a volleyball net for those who like to sweat it out, while others can sit and enjoy listening to the river gushing right next to you... The food is prepared in-house by the staff, who were nice enough to take requests for Chinese food. What impressed me the most was the fact that the resort is on the famous Neelkanth road and even then is not meant to cater to large volumes of crowd (the reason why I never visited Rishikesh before). Only a handful of neatly done cottages, with clean bathrooms and a beautiful garden will allow you to have that peaceful weekend getaway that you wished for... And if you are lucky, you can go take a dip in the ice cold river water when the flow isnt too high.... Highly recommended experience.…
Clean, hygenic, ever ready professional staffs to assist. Comfortable rooms with modern ammeneties. Food is tasty and good. The private bon fire during evening beside the "Yuon Ganga' ( a tributery/ stream of Ganga) and lush green trees touching the skies all around you, certainly make one feel like feasting through his/her eyes on the canvas, nature has spread out. As night checks in, so does the cold feels at home. The fire from the woods keeps one warm alongside snacks.
Location is great amidst the hills with a stream flowing by the side... Staff is helpful and polite... Spent 2 days with my family.. Kids loved it... We loved the bonfire at night.. Rooms and washrooms are clean... Food is simple and tasty... Had a lovely stay...
