I had booked a superior room. Which is for double occupancy but booked for one guest through Make my trip. I had to add one more guest, which i tried online. The extra payment was 800 Rs but could not be done. So informed MMT about it, and was asked resolve at the hotel. On reaching the hotel they charged me 4000Rs extra over and above 7250 Rs i had paid for my single booking . This was sheer blackmail. I had spoken to someone called shabana for hotel before. This is not very fair and professional of such a place

If you wish to be in a place which is small but keeps you happy, you have got a choice as this hotel. First things first, this hotel has a parking of sufficient space, so if you are driving to rishikesh, it will be helpful. This hotel is just on the road to shivpuri and you can get all the rafting and hiking activities directly from the hotel. The other side of the hotel connects you to a road to lakshman jhula road which is approx 2 Km from here and you can get multiple options to reach there. There is small beach like area near lakshman jhula which is very secluded and you will certainly have a great family time there. You can reach to ganga arti sthal from this hotel through auto and other options. The hotel has nice cozy rooms with road view and mountain view as well. The breakfast is good for all meal preference people and the food preparation for the in-room dining is also excellent. This place is not going to disappoint you in all ways.…

Amazing experience!!!!. Neat and clean hotel, excellent service and Wow!!! food was tasty. Tasted the Vegetable Platter, Dal, Paneer Bhurji, Biryani, Gulab Jamun. Was a treat here. My entire family loved the hotel. Will always come back to this hotel.

First I shall share the positive part of our stay Food is tasty Rooms are nice Very good location Pool is nice Jain food can be prepared in their kitchen Cons: They gave us a standard room though we booked a premium room for 1 night in our 3 nights stay,later on complain they changed it. Limited food options, some items not available though they mentioned it in their restaurant menu. Many things written on brochure/ website are not available/not followed If u have a toddler who can't eat roti sabzi etc..easily,u can get only 1 or 2 food options here. Very less vegitable food options in menu mostly paneer u can get Some staffs are good and some are really rude, in their restaurant too I would have given 4 stars irrespective of lil disadvantages if their hospitality would have been great as I saw in reviews before booking, but I have to admit I was lil disappointed from that point of view Overall stay was ok not too bad but not too good also…
