Except for the view from the appartment nothing else was good ….I had travelled alone with my mother who is a senior citizen …we were put room no BE -116 and in the adjacent room construction work was going on ….till as late as 8pm in the evening …the common window between the 2 rooms wasn’t locking with 5-6 men working next room …in all a harrowing experience…please think twice before booking Mr Harshit did come on call after calling him 10-15 times and they offered a free breakfast as compensation to the trouble that we 2 women faced …highly unprofessional…wouldn’t recommend

It was an amazing lifetime experience to stay at Aloha Luxury Appartments which are a one of its kind service apartments...but one thing is for sure they have even better services then any of the hotels here..I would really like to thank Mr Harshit and entire team who took really good care of us.. Highly recommended river view apartments particularly if are travelling with kids these are best to stay.

I am currently staying here and had booked total 5 rooms. Despite this they gave rooms on separate floors which is an horrible experience. I booked via MakeMy Trip and they said always call property before visiting or booking which is funny. We requested for a 2 1br to be converted to single 2be which might be helpful for us and they denied stating it is fully booked but I was able to see the same being sold on MMT

Had a really nice stay at the Luxury Aloha Apartments. Harshit was most helpful and accommodated all of our travel needs. Fantastic service. Next time we come to Rishikesh we will surely stay here again.

Excellent property overlooking the Ganges. Blissful. The 2 bedroom apartments are very well maintained. Aditya, Harshit and their entire support staff is extremely hospitable and good. All facilities are available inside the resort. Most amenities required for a family stay are available in the apartments

Stay was awesome with all basic amenities in the apartment. View are 2 bhk is marvellous to beautiful mountains n river. Swimming pool n landscape was beautiful. Housekeeping was good with quick turn around time. Well attended with no problem

I had made the reservation for My MD for 4/6/22 & 5/6/22 for two night Mr. Tushar had taken our reservations and send the confirmation and they told us to deposit 50% amount. That we had done on the next day. Then next day they called us and saying that we had one online booking picked up so won’t be able to confirm ur reservations. So i told show me the voucher of ur online booking they said we can’t. Also now I’m begging for my refund and they answered that today is my week off you will get you refund in a week. Totally cheaters.

Good property, however poorly managed and maintained. Had a terrible experience last week - had to change the room after a couple of hours as it was stinking. Next room they provided had nothing working (TV -Fridge) and No staff available to help. Manager started arguing when informed about the issues. Due to poor management not good for a hassle free stay.

We went there with a group of 20 Ppl The person i was in contact with was just a call away and resolved my every query from handling keys to cleaning to help me find rooms etc. The apartments were far better from my expectations and pictures and reviews in google. The google reviews do not justify this property The view is on another level I dont do reviews but there services made me write this one. Will stay here everytime i visit rishikesh Thanks a lot guys
