The hospitality and service at Restaurant was quite good. Sarvin Chauhan was awesome in behaviour and customer service. The spread was ok considering the price and the food was delicious, served quickly and hot. Overall good value for money

We were a group of 9 couples and 11 kids, have been to this property on 14th to 16 aug 2022. We have got rooms or different floors, all rooms are very much clean, spacious and with all amenities, food of hotel was very very good and staff have helped us very much to unload luggage from mini bus to rooms, all staff are very much humble. This property is on the road to Aloha property and near to neem beach. We have enjoyed a great vacation. The only cause I felt ws the road to property, goverment should do something. From main road it is 400 meter inside and single road, it was very much difficult for our mini bus to enter but hotel staff helped and also given their parking space to us. Tempo traveller or personal vehicles can reach till hotel easily. We have celebrated 75th independence day In hotel…

Over rated and under delivered. We booked thinking it would be atleast as good as Regenta but we were in for a deep shock. We booked a premium room and our first hand experience the linens were very dirty we had to change it within ten mins we realised the chair was broken and carpet was not dusted or cleaned in ages , the Curatain was completely torn,after raising this and showing this they decided to change our room the next room they allotted also had similar issues so decided to stay back in our room . Now the management realised and gave us an upgrade to suite alas while we got the linen done we were In horror when we didn’t have an ounce of hot water infact the knob wasn’t even opening every morning we requested house keeping to open for us we didn’t want to be too complaining but the best part of the whole stay was good at their restaurant and service in that I would only rate food at 5** Overall terrible experience…

Very nice hotel nice and clean.Delicious food and the pool was amazing it was very clean and the staff greeted very nicely and we an amazing time plus the kids zone was set amazingly set and if you stepping there the floor kind of moves it might have gel inside it and I recommend to stay

I was given a room near the swimming pool, there was a nuisance throughout the day. The same evening they had a live event at the restaurant above my room, which was too loud and disturbing. The spa is nowhere close to one, looks shady and had a local lady who had no clue. During checkout they converted my payment to EMI and despite repeated follow ups & emails neither accepted their mistake, nor rectified it. The GM was not interested to rectify it. The breakfast had limited options and one has to wait, since they keep ltd. quantity and refilling is damn slow. Overall not recommended!

So this hotel approach is really bad and it does not have garden for the kids to play. It is not really on the Ganges as its name suggest so don't get fooled. Yes, Ganga flows nearby but cannot be seen from the hotel. Rooms on the 5th floor needs basic paint and sanitary work in the toilet. We took 03 rooms out of which 2 rooms were in really bad situation. One of the room's toilet was choked but they changed our room next day. the only good thing about this hotel was its breakfast buffet spread. The food was really tasty and finger licking. Hi fi to the chef and the team!

The hotel is located on the bank of Ganges however you don't have direct access to it from the hotel. However you will get the view of the holly river from the room and restaurant. It's a clean room and the size of the rooms are really good. They have a small indoor pool on 5th floor. The most amazing part is the F&B The food is excellent and the buffet spread during breakfast and dinner are really good. It's absolutely value for money. Staffs are really caring and overall good hospitality and experience.
