We stayed here for a night on the opposite side of Laxman Jhula u have to cross the bridge from Laxman Jhula market side to the other. Has a lot of cafés around this hotel and shopping can be done right from below it’s also in the market . Incase u have luggage u have to come from root whr they take u for river rafting which take longer . But if less luggage u can cross from walking Laxman Jhula or riding ur two wheeler on Ram Jhula, it’s more convenient.

The staff and the food was really lovely and very helpful people. The view from the restaurant was niiiceee... but the only drawback was that it is not a hotel for senior citizens.. There is no lift for the first 2 floors and the route to enter the hotel is uphill so it was difficult for my mom to climb the hill and then climb 2 floors. It was an off season so thanfully we cud get a taxi drop at the main road otherwise even taxis are not allowed. It is quite a lot of walk for old ppl and with your luggage it becomes a lot. So be careful while choosing this hotel. Not for Senior Citizens!!

Had a fabulous stay! Team members are the main attraction for this property. We arrived early than standard checkin time and deepika was so accommodating that she gave us early checkin without any request seeking we had a long drive. Later they organized rive rafting which was from outside vendor that was again amazing. We were having half board plan so dinner was included and trust me food was so delicious and they served roti and that was also thin and home style with butter. Ayush was serving us and was so good as a professional person and an individual. Thank you deepika and ayush for making our stay memorable will definitely look forward to visit again.

I came here to spend my weekend. Pls dnt take any meal service here . I tuk buffet for 2 days. This hotel and staff at this hotel needs to know what is buffet. They want to forced you food that they make. None of the days they wil give u food which u want to order. 3 hr for food to be on yr table. Manager and staff is pathetic , they gave us 4 dishes all of their choice . They r not bothered of u want to eat anything by your wish. I paid for brkfast bffet and dinner buffet. All u get is aloo aloo both meals. They choose soup, meal and dinner and present on yr table. I said i can't eat this. They said we can't prepare as r kitchen is occupied. Excuse me. More than pathetic servicr . All of u who r thinking to book this. Pls trust me dnt book , if at all u book dnt eat here. Btr eat outside at a stall shop. Managr is disgusting. No ownership no sorry. For brkfast also one dish was over. I asked the lady at reception mam i want this. She said yeh toh khatam hogya hai. Really do u even know how much i paying for 2 days. And u can't service me. And they dnt give u shaving kits no kettle in rooms , seelan smell in rooms poor customer service. . In short - btr spend ur money some other place and do not waste here. Noone is bothered for u here. They r just doing there duty out of no reason. I just wish someone to speak to me no manager on duty. Just picked some random person and made them sit on reception seat . Get a life. Management and staff herr. .your actually spoiling someone's holiday which u totally did for us. If you are booking this place after looking at the pictures, then please see attached pictures. The entrance is a narrow lane uphill and then a flight if stairs leads you to what is the entrance. The rooms are so small that its almost suffocating… rooms are not cleaned properly too. Yes the interiors are okay and the food is good too, but not a place for people who are used to good hotels and if you want ganga views from room. Also choose a hotel on the opposite side of the ganga…. This side is congested, narrow roads, dingy cafes…. And no clean ghats. What felt bad was you get trapped to pay for a place because you liked the photos they have put up…. And for elderly people, its a complete Nono. Go here if your looking for hostels, and very basic stays… there were two groups of elderly people who left with us, who complained they were deceived by pictures…. Not a good tactic. On their side, they do have an amazing restaurant at the top with good food that is also pretty expensive. We left this hotel even though we paid for both days,,, and switched to the other side of lakshman jhula.…

Dear Guest, We appreciate your detailed review on your stay. Please note The Hideaway Bedzzz is a ‘Smart Hotel’ done in a modern and Brightly refreshing Concept, catering to the younger Generation. You would appreciate the fact that add Rishikesh is a Hilltown and the development for the older city which houses the complete experience of Rishikesh is developed along the banks of the Ganges. This geological layout of course accounts for the limitation in broad road access for all hospitality options in the Tapovan area. The Rooms Sizes are specifically mentioned on all Sites and Images clearly displayed. Very similar to Budget Hotels of International Chains, furthermore the Room Finishes are specifically designed for a Boutique Rustic and Raw unfinished Feel, this is apparent in the photographs available for guests to review online. We do not advertise anything other than what we offer in terms of a young Economy brand which is not a Full service hotel The Bedzzz Rishikesh has a different experience in compared to other properties in Rishikesh. Very nice. Cozy little place situated within walking distance of the Ganga Aarti and adventure sports p Spots. The food was very nice. Especially loved the breakfast. Would love to visit again sometime. Cons: the rooms are a bit on the smaller size but nice and clean.

I went to stay there with my friends. So we took a River Ganges View Room and a bed in the dorm. For the dorm, it was great, modern clean and good beds and lockers. The dorms are super spacious too, which is a rare find. For the River Ganges View room, I will say the rooms are super small compared to the price they charge. However, the bathrooms and balcony are good sized. The room is super clumsy, so beware if you are a large group, or a family with kids. In the bathroom, there is very very low water pressure, I have to literally step out covered in shampoo to call the front desk and inform them. Even then, they couldn't fix my shower. They opened a room on the same floor, for me to go and have shower. But the same issue there too. Super low water pressure, and shower almost dried up couple times. Also, there is no clear and good Ganges view, the images are slightly misrepresented. But overall, the rooms are modern, and clean, which was a great relief. The balcony is huge. As for the hotel overall: Pros: 1. Located near to good cafes, rafting services, and others. Centrally located, on the opposite side of Tapovan area. This is a good area to stay at, lots of activities and walks to do, which is perfect for a young group. 2. Staff is very well mannered, and guide properly. They help you with needs. 3. Breakfast is just awesome. Superb. 4. Rooftop cafe is good and serves shisha. Cons: 1. Far away from the car parking, almost 300 meters. 2. The hotel has 2 floors of stairs, and also an uphill trek of 50 meters, to reach the reception area. So beware, it's not ideal for all. it's not exactly on the main road, but around 50 meters inside, which is painful. 3. Disgusting water pressure in room showers.…

Hotel is well located. Beautiful property with good service and excellent staff. Rooms are good and clean. The roof top restaurant is amazing and you can have the view of the Ganges from there . In the evening you can also have the opportunity to listen to the live music. The food is amazing and the service is really fast. Ayush was on his toes to fulfill all our requirements. He was always there for us. Would recommend this property and will sure come back.

This hotel is very nicely made. It has nice painting throughout the hotel. The rooms are small but cozy. The food here is amazing & the terrace of the hotel has a very nice view. The staff & its service is outstanding. They would always treat us with a smile. There is small slope to climb but that’s manageable

Superb location... 5 minutes walk from Laxman Jhula bridge... Rooms were cozy and clean... Not as spacious.. the staff is very courteous and helpful... Transport is not permitted outside the lane but the staff helped us bring the luggage...the breakfast was not nice with decent options.... Good value for money.. they have a lovely Terrace and host live performances in the evening...
