My partner & I stayed at Punyah Residency for 7 nights on our recent visit to Varanasi. The location of this accomodation is perfect as it is central to town but also far enough out. The rooms are a little smaller than we had been experiencing in India up to this point but perfectly appointed & with the additional luxury of a balcony this was not a problem to us. The view from the balcony over the mountains is just beautiful. The restaurant is amazing & we ate several times on our balcony with room service & also in the restaurant for dinner. The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful & we couldn’t recommend this place enough. There is an elevator for ease & a beautiful yoga space on the top floor of the hotel. We didn’t try any of the classes but there seemed to be many people attending each day. We were also able to use the space for our own practice with permission from the hotel. I must also mention the amazingly comfy bed too! Thank you everyone for creating a home away from home.…

Everything was soo comfortable ,clean and accommodating. The staff is friendly and happy to help. Best option for stay Food is also amazing ,the cafe on the top floor has a good view of the ganga river Highly recommended if you are visiting Rishikesh

I along with my friends stayed at Punyah Residency for a week. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The owner Sandeep was also very friendly and himself saw to it we have a comfortable stay. Rooms were good. The view from the Cafe was good. A good experience.

Location is fantastic, cafe is the best part of this hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite food was very tasty and reasonable, they are very co-operative rooms are spacious. Our experience has been very good.
