we enjoyed our stay at the Avenue 18 resort, We had a spacious room and a very comfortable bed, Staff were very professional and polite, the food was delicious, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, Thank you to the whole team of the Avenue 18 resort for a enjoyable stay and looking forward to coming back again, Specially Thanks To Manish ji, Ashutosh ji, & all the junior staff You guys are really Amazing!! If you want to stay in a secluded place far from hustle and bustle of the city life, then this place is for you. Parking available right outside the resort fir few cars and many more can be parked at a nearby parking (about 100-150 mtrs away), the beast part is a small river right behind the property which you can access from inside the property. Staff is courteous, food buffet and alacarte are nice too. Overall a nice stay.

Highly recommended for family trips. I went there with my friends. The staff were polite and they made sure that we don't have any problem. The rooms and washrooms were clean. Location of the resort is very good. It has a serene environment with a river flowing nearby.

Nice Property excellent stay with our family , Superb Location with Tasty food , River and Mountain view property. Staff is very helpful and humble. Room size are large and specious.Inhouse restaurant and indoor outdoor games also available. Resort has their own parking facilities.We had a good experience with Avenue 18 Resort Rishikesh

Had to check out of this bad hotel after 2 hours only.. my nephew got stuck in lift because of power cut. Had lunch there n there were power cuts for atleast 20 times n no back up from hotel.. Don't go to this property .. rooms stink badly

These help us to keep upgrading our services for better guest experiences. As we all are aware that Rishikesh faced a cloud burst resulting in very heavy rains on 20th Aug. We accepted your 01 night cancellation without any charged due the this reason as you were accompanied by elderly family members. Due to these heavy rains, there were frequent power cuts, but we do have 02 generators to back it up. Generators are on whenever there is a power cut. Same was explained and briefed to you earlier as well. Other guests staying with us on the same day enjoyed their stay with us. We regret that you were not able to enjoy your holidays. Location: the resort is located in the mohan chatti area of Rishikesh… if driving from delhi you can take the route of chilla range via Chandi ghat Haridwar. The drive itself is fun as you have Ganga flowing next to you through the chilla range. Once you move forward you cross garud chatti… and you can see avenue 18s signage’s thr. U have few shops around the resort from whr u can buy wafers, cold drinks or chakna😜 About the hotel: it’s unlike a resort… it’s more of a hotel with different blocks with four rooms on each floor. Operational rooms during my visit were 60 Rooms: pretty spacious with a king size bed and a sofa cum bed in all the rooms, a small kitchenette, led tv, tea/coffee maker , airconditioning, a small refrigerator Facilities at the resort: u will find a decently maintained swimming pool, a cricket pitch with nets, a pool table, carrom board and a TT table. They play music near the pool early evenings and do a setup of Dj near the river which flows just behind the resort (7pm- 10pm)… u get the options of alacarte menu to order ice bucket, cold drinks, mock tail juices and snacks thr. It’s fun to hang out around this place in the evenings. Food: they have a buffet setup at the pakwan restaurant on 1st floor above the lobby area. Food quality is not exceptional but can go with no complains status. Menu planning can be better. The resort is approximately 20-22 kilometers from all the desired needs that you may have… if opting for chilla range please have ample fuel in you car as there is no petrol pump enroute. Places nearby the resort of not willing to take extra pain are jumpin hieghts, Patna falls(1.5 km trek), choti nadi (phool chatti) The thing that the management can look into would be more focus on housekeeping … but going by the location they have maintained it pretty well… services are good… it’s fun to stay here…

I booked this resort for a couple of days to enjoy Rishikesh and have a lovely time with my family. I am very happy to say that this resort is very relaxing, the river side view is phenomenal, the swiming pool and the overall hygiene is impeccable. I loved the food here including breakfast, and lunch/dinner buffet. The quality and taste is superb and the staff is very cooperative and helpful. Super thanks to Mr. Vikas Chandra for making my family feel extremely comfortable in the restaurant and making sure that the food served is fresh.

It’s typical marriage guest house . Stinky rooms , smelly surrounding , they serve tasteless rotten food . The rooms are average of about 1200 Rs. the staff and service are pathetic. Never stay , never recommended, worst place in name of resort.
