1st think contact number given on Google is not reachable . Pls call on +917275454822. Approach toward the hotel is worst , car 🚗 can't come u need walk & upward steep. Staff is not at all cooperative ( not all ). Mr Ravi is chill guy & helpfull But best think is restaurant is open 24x7 Rooftop interior is very nice. Rooms r neat & clean. Service staff is pathetic and rude the stand always like quiet people and never help you out, the food is so ugly and the receptionist is also not handling the guests well. Never ever try to visit this gostops terrible staff hold guest on waiting, the room lock are also not working, only on the basis of property you can visit this place, but never expects good service from anyone.

The service was perhaps the worst I have ever experienced at a hostel. There was more staff than most hostels, but all of them just more useless than the other. Ask them for any cooperation and the answer is always no. The only time I saw the staff moving out of their seats and checking on rooms was to ask people to check out or to spoil the fun people were having at the common room. The hostel conducted zero activities, and when the residents decided to play music and have some fun - that was also problematic for the staff. There was no help or information er received from the hostel regarding adventure activities at rishikesh or transport tips to go around. The food is below average. We survived only because of the stalls nearby. To sum it up, no positives really about the hostel except that the location would be good - if laxman jhula was operational. …

My stay at goStops was short and pleasant. Neat and clean hostel. Big cafeteria/work place, a game room, a yoga room and clean dorms. The bathrooms were cleaned daily. One suggestion to goStops: It is very difficult to climb the way up to the entrance. Please extend the stairs at least till the Scooty renting shop. Its steep and scary to climb that small patch.

"I have had several outstanding stays at Go Stop in the past, however, my experience on January 31st at 8 a.m. was marred by the unfriendly and impolite behavior of the receptionist. Additionally, I strongly suggest the installation of a pull-up bar and weight equipment to accommodate guests who prioritize fitness."

Big rooms, clean property along with internet access throughout the property. Game rooms, work-related desks. And a rooftop with a great view. The staff was amicable and helpful. You can always ask for suggestions and they will make your stay really memorable.

I stayed in goStops Rishikesh Laxman jhula for 4N in private room. I was welcomed by Imran and Kapil. My check-in was smooth. The best thing about this place is the vibe and the amazing staff. I was helped by Imran, Shubham, Kapil, Vaishali and Muskaan in planning my visits to nearby places, they also suggested me offbeat places. The staff here is very accommodating and friendly. Even if you request anything during midnight as well , they will make all the possible efforts to fulfill those requests. On my last day Shubham helped me in making the necessary travel arrangements to Ram jhula. I would certainly recommend this place to all. Special thanks to Imran, Kapil, Shubham, Vaishali and Muskaan for making our stay memorable.

This place is meant for teenagers who are on a solo trip looking to socialize, make new friends, mingle with strangers. I am a 30+ married lady and what I got here was definitely not my idea of a comfy, safe trip. First of all, the entrance of this hotel is not on a plain land. Which means the cabs don't go till the main gate. It drops you 200 mtrs below the gate from where you have to drag your luggage on a slope and then some 50 odd stairs. I called the reception and they were kind enough to send someone to assist. Thank heavens for that. When i reached the reception the place was buzzing with teens. Theres a common self service cafeteria serving only ready to cook items in the menu like maggi and coffee etc. They donot provide room service. Rooms are decent but the view from my room was pathetic. Dingy to say the least. I decided to check out the terrace. It was secluded with not a single person there. 3/4 th of the view was serene, magical with a clear view of the Ganga but the remaining 1/4 view was of some under construction buildings. Overall felt very unsafe. Checked out in 1 hr before it turned dark by paying the whole amount. …

As a solo traveler, I stayed there in a female dorm for 15 days and it's been like living with a group of friends in the home. The cleanliness level is super! The rooftop was excellent! The common area was amazing! They have such a nice yoga area and I did my daily yoga practices there. I wanna say a massive thank you to Vaishali, as The Travel Desk Manager. She is the best! And one negative thing is the laundry price, it was expensive. My humble suggestion is if they might be a discount for long-term accommodation, it would be very very nice.
