The hotel is centrally located, and easily accessible by any transport. Overall, I would say my experience at the hotel was fine, but there are a lot of issues and unhappy confrontations, which I why I am rating this hotel 2 out of 5 points. All facilities are available such as Gym, Spa, Kids Zone, Swimming Pool, etc. however, this is certainly not a โ€œ4 Star Ultra Luxury Hotelโ€ as they have proudly mentioned in their website. Itโ€™s a mere 3 star hotel, with more number of facilities and amenities, which are not necessarily of high standards. Also, considering this is a new hotel (only 1 year old), the condition of the rooms, bathrooms, AC, etc, and other areas are in very poor condition, and need immediate renovation. I am addressing the Con's first, and then the Pro's below. The Conโ€™s : - 1. The Presidential Suite Room - We paid 15% extra for 2 rooms to be upgraded to 1 Presidential Suite room. This is no suite at all, it's just 2 spacious bedrooms combined. There is only 1 small TV in one bedroom, where ideally a PS room has two large TV's, one in each room / living room. The AC in the rooms are of stone age. They work for 2-3 hours, and then the outer unit shut-off automatically, providing only warm air in the room. Despite repeated complaints, they failed to fix this. The blackout curtains are too small. You get a lot of light at morning 5 am, from the glass windows / balcony doors. 2. The Presidential Suite Balcony - The Balcony is very good and large, but you don't have an option to control the balcony lights. Even when you sleep at night, it's very disturbing, and a large amount of light enters the room. Moreover, we could not use the bigger balcony as the door was locked by the hotel staff. Inspite of repeatedly asking the housekeeping to open the balcony door, they failed to serve us. I do not understand whats the point of providing a big balcony, when you intend to keep it locked always. 3. The Presidential Suite Bathrooms - They are no way suite bathrooms. They are very ordinary, but spacious and comfortable. The worst part is that, the soap holder glass broke and fell off, thankfully no one was injured. The glass scattered all over, and it took the housekeeping 2 days, and 5 calls to have it completely cleaned off. There are no bathtubs. They never have ample towels for their bathrooms. The only reply we get is, the towels are in laundry. 4. Noise Pollution - The balcony doors have huge gaps in between the doors and the glass frames. It is very difficult top sleep at night, there is constant noise from the trucks and cars on the road below. To top it off, there was wedding function nearby our hotel, which made it very difficult to sleep. 5. Club Room with Balcony - The room is quite small, not as the photos advertise. The view from balcony is almost non-existent. 6. Room Access key Cards - They only provide 1 key card, no matter if there are 2 or 4 or 6 people in the suite/room. They are so much into cost cutting, that they openly announce - "We only provide one card, otherwise people leave the AC / Water Geyser on." Same was the situation with the Club room. 7. Water Bottles in Room - They call themselves a 4 star ultra luxury hotel, and mention free and complimentary drinking water in rooms. However, in our suite of 4 people, they only provided 1-2 water bottles per day. This is such a bummer. Same was the situation with the Club room. 8. The In-Room Dining - I assure you that the quality of the food was very poor. The food was almost inedible, with oil floating around the plate. No matter what you order, you would be disappointed. However, Chef Dharmendra took care if it later, and I am grateful to him. 9. ICE BOX - Imagine a 4 star ultra luxury hotel, and when you order a BOX OF ICE, they charge you for that also. They charge for a half box of ice. So if you want a full box, you pay double the price. 10. SPA - They have spa facility, but don't trust them. They only have 1 trained professional in the spa called Ms Priya. She was very good. The spa manager Ms. Moni is untrained and inexperienced. Yet they do not inform the customer, and she goes ahead with the services, and charge you for the same. They should deny if they are untrained. 11. Breakfast - The hotel is clearly not able to handle the guests. Food takes over 30 mins to arrive, bread toasters are broken and old. Tea and coffee are served after 20 mins, that too cold. They only have a 3 course spread, which is very very poor for a 4 star ultra luxury hotel. MR RAJAT who manages the breakfast, is very absent minded and incompetent. he told us to wait to find a table, and we waited 20 mins. But we saw other guests just walking in and getting seated. Further, he has no idea how to handle guests. 12. Swimming Pool - The pool is very good, and fine. But no towels near the pool, no bathrobes. No staff to help you out. 13. Front Office - While making the booking, I got in touch with MR. SHARAD ARORA, who I assume is the supervisor or the manager of the hotel. While booking the rooms, he promised me all services, such as day to day itinerary planning, car rental bookings, airport transfers, etc. But on arrival, he clearly ignores his words. On repeatedly asking him to book a car rental, he simply ignores you, and doesn't even bother to inform the guest that the bookings are not possible or not. He only mentions that he is checking, but will never get back to you. At least inform the guest that booking is not possible. It was him who sold us the rooms, at a far higher price than I was getting at online portals, yet, a huge disappointment. I feel like I paid double for the actual worth of the hotel and rooms. 14. Mr. SHARAD ARORA promised us a 15% discount on in-room dining bills. But during final settlement, he has the audacity to simply deny the discount, and says, the bill is already done. I can't help you now. Only after I argued, then he agreed to give the discount, and collect cash from me, but without providing me a bill copy of the food orders. It has been 2 days now since I checked out, I do not have any hotel room bill, any money receipt or anything at all. It's like they are running a street motel and not a 4 star ultra luxury hotel. The Proโ€™s :- 1. Hotel has all amenities for family and children, so itโ€™s an all rounder for a family stay. 2. After several complaints about the quality of food at in-room dining, Chef Dharmendra personally overlooked our in-room dining orders, and the food was just perfect (only what was directly ordered to Dharmendra ji). I have high praises for Chef Dharmendra for putting his best efforts to maintain the guest satisfaction. 3. The Spa services were good by Ms Priya. She is well trained and understands customer pain points. Please ask for Ms Priya if you visit their Spa. 4. The hotel has a good rooftop area, which is perfect for evenings, to enjoy a swim and have light bites and appetizers or early dinner. 5. We booked 3 Club Rooms with balcony. We paid 15% extra for an upgrade and got a Presidential Suite in lieu of 2 rooms booked, which was spacious and with good city views. It has 2 separate King bed rooms, and 2 separate bathrooms, with a very small dining area, and very small living areas in both rooms. (No kitchen, no bathtub, no TV in 1 room or other amenities) 6. The view from the front facing rooms and suite is very good (No Ganga view though). 7. We got a good discount for the spa services. Overall, my opinion is that this hotel is good as a 3 star facility, and should not be more than Rs 4000 per night for a club room, and not more than Rs 10,000 per night for the Presidential suite room. โ€ฆ
