It is a 5-10 minute walk from the Laxman Jhula bridge across the Ganges and the riverbank temples and ashrams, bookshops and cafes, yoga and meditation centres for which Rishikesh is internationally known.Seventh Heaven offers many of the facilities of a larger hotel combined with the cosiness and attention to detail of a small one; it has its own Yoga Hall and many other facilities. There is a cafe serving delicious food and drinks and and in the hotel, we are pleased to cater as much as possible for indivual tastes to make your stay comfortable and happy. In the vibrant, sometimes chaotic bustle of India, the Laxman Jhula area of Rishikesh offers a refreshing change - and our guests so far have described us as a hotel with a heart.

We were looking for a good homestay experience and this was just what we wanted. A perfect stay with a perfect host. The rooms were neat and clean, and yes very spacious. The staff was super nice and helpful. Their terrace has a yoga room to practice giving beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the property. The host was the very reason we booked the place for and he ensured our 4 days stay at the property was one of the best experiences of the trip we had.

Hands down, best place to stay in Rishikesh area. The staff are super friendly and polite, and the place is incredibly clean. The food is great and the accommodation is quiet. I highly recommend this place!

This is a family run hotel in a great part of town, easy access to cafes, shopping, etc. it’s clean and staff are very accommodating. What bothered me though is that they don’t tell you that breakfast is charged, and I payed a fortune for a bowl of fruit—my meals outside were just a bit more. The bed and pillows are quite hard and uncomfortable, and there was a constant loud drip from a leak in the bathroom that kept me awake half the time. Lastly, there was not an ounce of hot water, at least in my room, and that could’ve been to yo the leak in hot water heater—internet was a little spotty, but that’s par for the course in Rishikesh. It’s a great place, but some things could be improved.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Room was beautiful, clean, air con with small balcony. The hospitality was outstanding and the hosts could not do enough to help you. I feel so lucky having found it. Breakfast was beautiful too . .

We stayed here for couple of nights, while going to and after coming back from a Himalayan Trek. It was a wonderful stay overall. The Hotel is located in Tapovan area, near Laxman Jhula. The location is bit interior from the main road so one may find it difficult to locate. But, it is a peaceful location, away from the noise and pollution of the main road. It is more of a bed-n-breakfast or a better version of homestay. Nice hotel. The reception area is nice, well decorated. There is a book-shelf with a good amount of books for readers. There is a small dining area where you can have breakfast or other food. Rooms are good, spacious with small balcony. Some rooms have hill-side view. Bedding is good. Rooms are nicely decorated with optimum furniture. Bathroom is nice and clean. However, there are some improvement areas for bathroom. There are some leakages which needs fix. Hotel does not have lift. So, if you get upper floor, you will have to climb up and down everytime. The staff is really nice. They help you will all the things with a smile.…

This is one of if not the best hotel experience I have ever had! There is a real charm, class and peaceful atmosphere here! The way the place is designed and kept is very beautiful, the owner Kamal has a wonderful way about him which allows you to see why and how the place is the way it is, he was beyond welcoming! We spent a few nights at seventh heaven while looking for an Ashram to join. The hostel exceeded our expectations, especially with it's cleanliness. Management was friendly and forthcoming. They unfortunately do not offer any Yoga classes at the moment due to covid, but there's an excellent yoga school right next to seventh heaven that offers daily drop-in classes for only 200 rupees. All in all well worth they money, would go again and recommend to friends.
