We stayed in camp Aspen and it was a great stay, the place is situated in the valley of beautiful green Himalays that have an excellent 360 degree view, by the side of the river. They have a beautiful pool that is just next to the river itself. We took a mixture of tents and cottages and both were equally good. The tents have concrete attached washrooms plus AC’s which I have really never seen. The cottages are also very good with all modern-day resort amenities. For us the biggest attraction were the open lawns and the enrich flora and fauna this place has. There are a variety of plants and shrubs that attract a lot of undiscovered birds of this area too. The staff and the food is also simply excellent, a variety of snacks with bar be que and a lavish buffet spread in all the meals really deserved to be appreciated. The guys handling this place and really humble and the level of cleanliness is top-notch. All in all a great great stay and will surely come back, really recommended to all !…
Aspen adventure is one of the best camping sites that we have stayed. The food was good and the staff was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended to visit this place if you traveling to Rishikesh anytime.
We were there for 2 nights, we booked 3 tents, we were 9 people 2 couple and 4 adult son and daughters and 2 wre foreigners. 1. The passages from main road to their office cum restaurant was pathetic, it was 2 feet rough hill where all of of barely walk. There was no light for the night on the passage from main road to camp, we used our mobile phone lights to move in the evening after 7PM. 2. We reached there at 1 PM and the check in time was 11-12PM, We were not allocated rooms even after 45 minutes. They ( Akshay) were insisting to pay all balance amount to ensure that we do not run away after seeing the rooms and other services. 3. We were told by Sumit that it is 6KM from Laxman Jhula, actually it was 12 KM. 4. The approach passage to rooms were again pathetic, Actually, there was no road, it was only a water Nali where we could just manage to reach to our rooms. 5. In rooms there, was no intercom, whenever we need water or tea, you have to go to 300 meter on foot to inform them, that too on water Nali with no light arrangement. 6. In the evening snacks, it was always 2 items both days ie; paneer and chicken tikka. 7. The dinner was also not good, no hygiene and proper menu, presentation was also bad. 8. Overall it was a very bad experience for us in Aspen Hospitality facility at Rishikesh.…
Great Place to relax with Family in Rishikesh This property is a great place to relax and unwind in the nature. The surrounding hills, river make this an amazing location. We came here in a big family group with young and old’s but there was something for everyone to look forward too. There are ample of activities in the property, lush green gardens and the kids surely loved the pool. We were literally pampered when it came to fooding with tea snacks as Samosa’s, Sandwiches etc to the evening lavish spread buffet of campfire snacks. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here for 2 nights. Totally a highly recommended property.
Aspen is located right in the middle of the most scenic place anyone can dream of! Very nice and sweet camp! Comfortable rooms....friendly staff and surround by natural beauty unlimited! I specially thank the ASPEN staff and am grateful to them because as soon as we reached the property...within a couple of hours i had to leave because of an emergency back home! They were so nice and understanding that they made a refund of the second day for me in cash! that was very very kind of them! Staff is very helpful ! Great place!
We stayed at ASPEN CAMP for our clinic picnic with a group of 12 we took 6 rooms imperial and luxury rooms ( there top room category ) for 14th night the hospitality and service was pathetic to say the least despite booking the whole package we were not served evening snacks we were denied bon fire which was promised in package then after lot of argument they did with grumpy face we were here to celebrate birthday and left no stone unturned in ruining everything no water bottles in room while we were supposed to get 2 bottles per room and when we asked for water bottles they charged us for that and didn't gave any bill we were so irritated by them that we decided to just pay and leave showers were not working, hot water was not coming and didn't worked despite complaining and on top it felt some staff were drunk and behavior of clinic manager was pathetic he was least bothered about hospitality we narrated all this to Mr. sushant who was the marketing guy with whom he booked and rather then taking corrective action he bluntly told that m lying. We were to stay 1 more night but we decided to leave the resort due to pathetic service and stayed in another nearby resort .…
We stayed ASPEN ADVENTURE CAMP in the Luxury cottages in last week for 3 days. Very bad experience...They charged like a five star hotel,Worst experience No private parking. You cannot take your car till the camp premises, you will have to walk-trek to reach the camp through a very unpleasant path. So everytime you need to go out, this makes it all happened. When we planed book aspen adventure camp the agent said they have buffet system in breakfast lunch dinner but we found in break fast there is no buffet system only two item they serve idli sambhar And aloo poori(poori bhaji) both are tasteless.lunch and dinners mostly repeated item, In evening at pool Side they serve evening snacks without any soft drinks when we finished our snacks we complaint the same, the manager Dev send his staff for the purchase our drink, this is the first time I have seen. food was horrible and facility to stay was unhygienic and uncleaned.Staff behaviour was very rude and bad. Facilities were not there. It was really disappointed for us to stay there.Service wise, there was limited staff and quality of service was not good . There was a bad smell in the bathroom which really put us all off. The bedsheet on the mattress was had holes. There were lizards in the room and spiderwebs in the washroom. The river flowing behind the camp is not Ganges... there is lot of algae near the river and is not at all maintained.…
Awesome place to stay in Rishikesh, we were a group of 8 people and stayed at the property for 4 nights. Check in part and the staff was very helpful as they helped us to carry the luggage in the tent from the top. All the tents were clean and ready for us. The food is also good and the best part is they have a barbeque as well and music night. Well maintained garden and everything was proper. You can chill and relax at the property without and worry and also wifi is available if you want to work from there.
I would like to say that service & hospitality of Aspen camp is amazing. I would like to mention Mohit’s name who is the manager there, he makes sure all guests enjoy the stay to the max. Would definitely recommend this
Great location of the property with extremely helpful and lovely staff. It truly is a glamping experience with AC tents, washrooms, Lovely pool by the river bed and lush green gardens even in this time of the year. Food is excellent and they have lots to do in house. 100% value for money.
