I stayed in this hotel for some days, as i had some work at AIIMS-R, the room alloted to me was very dirty, damp and suffocating. Because of dirt n bad smell i became sick (sneezing, red eyes n respiratory distress). I asked the staff there to change the room or atleast clean it but despite of solving the problem a senior female staff there start teaching me atticates. See the pics and decide by yourself....

Very Helpful staff, Good Food and 24 Hrs Room service. Hotel is very near to AIIMS Rishikesh, Hotel gives Free Wifi and complimentary mineral water bottles. located at 100 mts from the Ganges and very near to the Town area.

I had dinner twice at the Heritage..once in July 2018 and second time in January 2019...welcoming staff, very nice preparation of snacks and dinner. Only thing lacking was that I found it cold and heating was not proper in the month of January.

Hi everyone I am M Kumar from Delhi and I have Stayed at many of OYO Rooms in different cities of India.most of the OYO rooms are good but not well maintained. I have always issues of Linen and bathroom in their most of the property. Overall size of room is good.Staffs services also required more efficient and quick. Regards M. Kumar

The staff were courteous, friendly and the room service was excellent, only the quantity of the foods were large,which is good in one way but if you are a minimal eater, you will be wasting the most of it. We booked for a single bed with two adults, but got upgraded to two double bed-room. The Room we got was 405, the toilet was decent and the Ac were superb, the only problem was that it cannot be locked from inside, as i think the lock mechanism was faulty, so i had to barred the door with the help of one of the chair. All in all, i will be staying at this place again for sure if i am in Rishikesh again.

Rooms are decent, staff is very co-operative. enjoyed the stay in the hotel. It's very near to AIIMS Rishikesh. Room service is little slow and can be improved. Breakfast quality can be improved a bit.

The rooms are standard, clean and maintained. The bathrooms are clean with 24 hour hot water supply. The staff are courteous and prompt in room service. The hotel is located very near to AIIMS Rishikesh and far from the busy tourist areas like Ram Jhoola or Laxman Jhoola and hence it is very peaceful. Good place to stay if you have means of transportation. Otherwise also, there are frequent vikrams on the road, which will take you to main bazar for Rs.10 per person and then from there you can avail another vikram to visit the tourist places. Parking might be an issue during the busy season as the hotel do not have good parking space. Cars are parked in front of the hotel and there is not much space there.

Was book this on Goibibo on 30 June for two days, and reached hotel at 10 PM with one of my friend on official visit. First of all lock of room is not working, then staff take too much time then entry in room , Just looking for Mineral water, which is missing. Call them then they provide with rude behavior. Then take a look of bathroom, the material like shampoo, shower jell, moisturizer was half filled hotels seem it was used by previous guest., look like 2-3 year old and after complaint hotel staff just filled the bottles and serve that same dirty bottles. Wifi is not working , on complaint staff say we are also not able to use Internet service, after that No sport TV channels are available. Nice hotel , located very near to AIIMS , Rishikesh , as such it is far from the tourist sites, Rooms are decent with professional service, Food is good but quite expensive for this standard of hotel. Overall pleasurable stay if transport is not a problem.

Hotel is good. It is located approx. 10 km away from the Laxman Jhula. I found error in billing. They charge over and above MRP on retail products plus taxes hence will advice you to check the bill properly. In my case they did not rectified this. The rooms are nice and service is ok.
