I paid 16$ for a bedroom for 3 with private bath. The wifi was working in the lobby, not in the rooms. The cleanliness was OK. The big advantage of this place is the location and the very cheap prices (bedroom for 1 with private bath is 12$).

I'm not sure what people writing negative reviews expect for a $20 room...but I found this place more than adequate. The family was nice enough and our room was clean. It was quiet all night. The beds leave a little to be desired but for the price we can deal with that. They also provide free water which is huge...

Great location, superfriendly owner but i second the slightly odd feeling about this place. Hard to describe, but I've felt a little unwelcome at times because of the looks they gave me. It's just when you talk to them all, that they become a lot friendlier. Wifi only in the lobby.

The good news is that it's cheap. This hostel felt more like a home-stay except the family doesn't make you feel very welcome in their home. It felt awkward at times. The owner is friendly enough, but the whole vibe at this place is a bit weird. The wi-fi only works in the front room of the hostel where the...

We arrived from Ometepe and found out that our two rooms that we reserved, were not available. The owner barely apologized and said that it wasn't his fault, that it was that booking.com didn't tell him. He arranged for us to stay at another hotel, for the same price, but it was 3 blocks away. The girl at the desk...

It is 1/2 block from the Parque Central, quiet, clean enough and the owner is very friendly. It is a short walk to where the micro bus stop is and a few blocks to 2 other bus 'stations'. The single rooms are small and plain and the use of the kitchen is not really clear. And, for downtown Granada, it...

I thought I got good value for what I paid ($14pn single room) particularly given its location and that in general accommodation in Granada tends to be expensive by Nicaragua comparison. The room is basically a bed, shelf and small table with a fan, which was sufficiant to keep the room cool enough at the time I stayed. The shower...

I don't like writing negative reviews, but San Angel is what it is: worn-out. The garden can use a cleanup, and the rooms need renovation and new mattresses urgently. Granada was hot at the time we were there, so pray that both fans keep on working, you'll need them as the room is small with only one tiny window. For...

In general a friendly family hostel. Not really special, but nice enough to stay more than one night. Service is good and friendly, though besides of the ever courtuous manager I expected some more regular smiles of other family members or employers. The room is big enough for a single person. No airco in very hot Granada, but two big...

We got fleeced via Booking.com when we paid $29 for a dump of a room - the beds were dirty and broken. We felt cheated as the next day we found an excellent place for $20! The owner is ripping off people by charging $29 for something that is worth only $12 (the owner is a sweet person nevertheless the...
