We stayed one night here in a private room with shared bathroom ($20). The place is run by a lovely French/Nicaraguan couple and everything is homely, clean and comfortable. The owners are super welcoming (very fast to reply by email) and gave us a juice on arrival. Awesome shower too! The only thing that could have been better was that...

Lovely, small guesthouse in excellent location with friendly hosts. We stayed three nights and wished we had more time. Our room was clean and comfortable, the shared bathroom had the best shower that we've had in Central America. Boris, the host had great advice on where to eat and visit. Very happy to recommend this guesthouse.

My husband and I stayed at La Siesta for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are cozy and clean, a bit hot in April, but that's nicaragua for you. The bathroom was very clean with great hot water. Breakfast, though not included, was tasty and reasonably priced. The hosts are incredibly nice and helpful with suggestions on things...

This is such a lovely hostel in Granada. You can definitely find (from what I have heard) a bigger or fancier place in this city, but if you want to have a real family host you as if you were truly their guests, and you want something a little away from the tourist loop, this is the place to go!...

Nice small cozy hostel, unfortunately doesn't have A/C which can be tough sometimes in Granada as its very very hot. Good value for what you get though and the rooms are clean and they serve a nice breakfast for the guests. Would stay again if back in Granada.

I stayed at La Siesta about 6 years ago with my parents and I can still remember what an amazing time we had. Marcela and Boris are great hosts - just the right combination of helpful and welcoming. And their place is beautiful. I think I only stayed a couple of nights but I would love to go back and...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and we loved it. Such a nice relaxing atmosphere. The crepes with jam were wonderful and an excellent bargain in a tourist town like Ganada. The manager was so helpful in arranging taxis for us and taking time to give advice on local restaurants/ things to do. Would definitely stay here...

One of the best places I have stayed at! It's a small hostel, but very cozy, feels like home. Boris and Marcela are the best hosts, always friendly and helpful with any information you might need. The hostel is very clean and has a lot of atmosphere, you will be tempted to stay longer! You get very good value for...

Stayed in La Siesta in Granada for 3 nights, and had an amazing time. Nice a quiet at night with an amazing staff that you feel genuinely wants to help you. My Girlfriend wanted to learn Spanish, so the ladies really helped her with that talking to her. I was quiet impressed by this little place. If I ever go...
