There were 20 of us in 8 rooms. Unfortunately for us #4 is not a room for a couple. There was virtually no moving space. No closet, no hot water. Other rooms were well equipped even with safe and plenty of space. This is what...More
The staff at the Kekoldi welcomed us with the local cocktails and showed us to our rooms with a friendly smile. There was a flash looking flat screen TV on the wall and a very powerful shower in the immaculate bathroom. My bed seemed to...More
My friends and I stayed 3 nights at Kekoldi Hotel and everything was simply perfect. Our room was big enough et very tidy. The Hotel offers a pool area which is really relaxing. For breakfast you can have access to an all-you-can-eat buffet for 6$...More
I stayed one night in Hotel Kekoldi. Friends who stayed 2 months there (who now live in Granada) had recommended it to me. The hotel is in a very safe area of the city, close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough from the tourist...More
My husband and I were in Granada for only one night, and are so glad we chose this hotel. We had not made reservations prior to traveling to Nicaragua and had limited internet access. Hotel Kekoldi's website worked without a hitch in the short opportunity...More

Hi, there were small children staying when we were there. Obviously they were well supervised but pool is fine to play in with a small child and there is plenty of outside circulation space. it doesn't have play equipment but there are flowers to look at and birds come into the garden.
It is a family run hotel and they will do their best to help you.
They do arrange tours but we didn't take one.
Other companies in town also arrange tours, agian we were travelling on and so didn't actually use them.
For beach, lake beach is very accessible, it takes a bit longer to reach the coast and you might want to stay over if you head west. Sea on west coast is not good for small children as swell is too strong.
Hope this helps and have a great trip!
