This is a grand old hotel with lots of history in a good location. The staff are mainly Russian which can be somewhat stern - they need to learn to smile ! We went for a romantic weekend, but were not really made to feel comfortable. Our room heating only started toward the later part of the evening and was...

We couldn't really decide if this was charming or just old. On the positive side: - the breakfast buffet! Absolutely nothing to ask for, except maybe stronger coffee. - the pool/sauna area. Clean, nice, and properly taken care of - dinner buffet was versatile and nice, but not too spicy. Nothing bad, but nothing to brag about either. Room for...

Stayed a week at Elisabethpark in one of their junior suites. Beautiful views over town. Overall very satisfied. This place has good service and the pool and sauna is really a treat after a day in the slopes. Breakfast was very good, but I missed boiled eggs and perhaps pancakes or something else extraordinary for the kids. Room was fairly...

It's spotlessly clean too. There's a shuttle running to the cable cars every 5-10 mins in the morning and again in the afternoon. The thermal pool...

The hotel is located in a fabulous location in Bad Gastein.I'm sure the view from the window will not leave anyone indifferent. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. There are excellent meals for any taste. And most important - it is a very quiet hotel, only to hear the waterfall, which flows nearby. It's fine! I...
