We love this hotel, hence why this is our 3rd year! The staff are friendly and very efficient. We stay in the family suite which is superb, it is clean and very well maitnained. The food is oustanding and the quality is just as good the 1st time we went. We will use this hotel again next year as it...

I genuinely believe that the reviews of this hotel on Trip Advisor are in no way a genuine reflection of this hotel and struggle to see how anyone could score it 5/5. This hotel could never be rated as a 4 star establishment and is a 3 star at best. Rather than score based on an overall performance, I thought...

Dear Madame/Sir, Thank you very much for your review about our hotel. We highly appreciate every opinion which helps us to improve and provide better service and overall ski experience to our guests. Feeling sorry that you didn’t have the best possible holidays, however, we would like to clarify on some issues that, unfortunately, have been misinterpreted at your end:...

Just stayed for a few days. Location great for ski in and out. Rooms facing slalom piste are best. Restaurant good if a little pricy. Staff helpful. Hotel bar doesn't have much character but there is Dood local apres-ski. La Mine is good local bar with decent prices and live music.

This hotel is in a great location right on the slopes and 2 minute walk to the centre of La Plange. We stayed in a basic twin room. The room was very small and there was not much room to store luggage, but having said that the room was perfect for our needs. The spa is small but is a...

Good location just a few minutes walk from the centren yet able to walk directly onto the pistes. Lovely sized room with a balcony overlooking the pistes and with a good view of the mountain and fireworks. The bathroom (with over-bath shower) and separate toilet were modest in size. Wide range of a breakfast buffet with good coffee and freshly...

The rooms (although tiny) are well appointed with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The common area is only open after 6pm which is not ideal. The reception staff were helpful. The worst feature was the restaurant (we had booked half board). At best this was chaotic and at worst shambolic. The New Years' Eve dinner was "Fawlty Tower" -...

Positives - Hotel is well situated easy access to slopes and centre (5 min walk). Clean and well maintained with great spar facilities even though small it was well maintained. Only issue was one toilet for male and female with a shower cubicle which felt a little uncomfortable when stepping out. Room 611 had excellent slope views, very spacious and...

Even though I tried to cancel a reservation I made for 6 months in the future (March 2016) they insisted on charging 30% of the stay as cancellation fee! As if they would not have the chance to rebook this particular room in the upcoming 6 months... They offered to credit me the amount for a future stay, but with...

We booked late and were made incredibly welcome by the manageress. She was outstanding and in the morning we were again really impressed in the way the hotel was run. Breakfast was really good and above all the beds incredibly comfortable. We left the next morning and although summer would highly recommend the position and comfort for any ski holiday....
