We decided on staying at a Lego themed Racers cottage instead of the two hotels as we thought it would be something different for our boys. The room included tickets for two days at the Legoland park and breakfast. However, the room was very small considering it is meant for a family of 6 plus a baby. We were a...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback about your recent stay at LEGOLAND® Holiday Village. As you mentioned, you missed a fridge, but all our rooms are equipped with a small fridge. At the moment we offer our guests free Wi-Fi access in all public areas in the Holiday Village, but still we are working to offer Wi-Fi...

I grew up in Europe in the 70's and 80's and always dreamed of visiting Legoland Billund, it never happened. As a dad of 3 kids I finally visited Legoland, though the German edition. I was fairly dissapointed. I arrived around 2 PM only t find out that both check in and the hotel opened at 5 PM, not even...

It is a cool place but the cost of the lodging is way more than necessary. Yes, the lego decor is cool and the kids love it but.... If you arrive at night in the dark the signage to get to the check in is not so great and there is almost no light so I highly recommend arriving during...

We stayed at the themed pirate cottage and it was totally in theme, inside and out, there was Lego everywhere. Also the wall decorations were full of jokes and fun to study. We were immediately in the mood to have lot's of fun with lego. The beds were good as well, 2.00x1.80 for the parents (with German short blanket) and...

We stayed at the Legoland castle as part of a 2-day trip to Legoland on our way back home from Austria. The castle is nicely decorated from the outside and actually looks like a castle. The inside had no reception, so it can give a feeling like a Formule1 hotel. Since there is no personnel around, the corridors can be...

We enjoyed our second trip to Legoland and again stayed at the Feriendorf. The service was friendly and we loved our family room. The boys especially loved having Legos to play with and had a great time checking out all the playgrounds while Mommy enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. You can't beat the location!

Awesome! We've been here with our 3 children 4 times already, and we come back again and again because it is so much fun. The staff, activities, park attractions, king's castle hotel and restaurants are all exellent. It is a relaxed, family-friendly environment. I find the security and safety in the park to be very good. I find that the...

“The ground is a little hard to get tent pegs in to but the pitches are a good size and separated by hedges. The sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The 24 hour reception is a great help when arriving late. The electricity points are dotted about and in high season, when it may not be possible to pitch right next to one, a long cable would be useful.”
