The hotel is quaint and clean in a good location for river cruses and bike riding along the Rhine. There is no lift and a winding stair case. we secured a Hotel Garage and our car just fit, but a must as parking is difficult. Breakfast was quite good and the owner is also the chief.

Our room was very small, actually our room key opened another room on the same floor before I realized that I was at the wrong room. The bathroom, although being "modern" was practically unworkable: very small, no lip on the sink top, so toothpaste or other items slide into the sink bowl. The shower is small, with doors that slide...

Clean, convenient and does a good breakfast, but nothing special stands out. There is a long drag upstairs with suitcases as there is no lift (common in older European hotels) and the room was slightly oppressive (dominated by dark wood and poor lighting). Thankfully, the street below was quiet after 10pm so we got a good nights sleep. The private...

The room was large and comfortable. We were able to use one of the Hotels garages which is good in a bustling town centre. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant where the staff seemed inexperienced though very helpful and friendly. The manager (his photo appears in their advertising) was, unfortunately less helpful and seemed keen to avoid customers. A...

We just checked out after spending 2 nights at this hotel and we only have 3 complaints, there is a lack of bathroom amenities (basic soap bars), the pillows are bad, and they were hard to get a hold of by phone and email (not very responsive). There is no A/C but that is to be expected in this area...

This little hotel, quaint, for lack of a better word... is simply a lovely space to lay one's head at night. This is not the lap of luxury but a sensible, safe place to stay. The owners were very kind and everyone who worked there was courteous and helpful. Our room was clean, bright and airy. It was equipped with a...

We stayed here two nights in June 2016. We had a family room, room number 6. The room actually consisted of two rooms. The first had two twin beds, the 2nd had a very large(two beds put together European Style) bed. It was the biggest bed of our entire two week trip. The shower worked great, TV had CNN in...

Clean rooms, hot working shower. We had an enjoyable dinner one night at their restaurant. I regretted that I had no room for dessert. They provide a varied and fresh breakfast buffet included with room stay. Friendly helpful staff. In the center of town. Excellant wifi connection and speed. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we checked-in, it was awkward. No welcoming feel to the place at all. No explanation about our rooms (which one had no heat in) No offer to help us with luggage, until we asked. And that was like pulling teeth. No volunteering of any information about the location etc. Wifi was very slow...if we connected. Very small...

We had a very comfortable room with a beautiful view of the Rhine. The room had all of the amenities you need for a night stay. The man who checked us in spoke english quite well. While there is a wifi connection, and we were told is was a bit slow, it has to be the worst connection I have...
