This hotel could learn more from the Accor group. Its definitely not a Novatel. The staff were friendly enough but every thing is a drama. Even trying to get an extra pillow for the room was met with Just come to reception I will see what I can find. The meals were average some time cold in the centre as...

From around 20.30onward, there appeared to be a 'rave' going on in the room below mine, with shouting, screaming laughter, banging and doors slamming . After an hour I...

I spend a few nights at the Ibis Dublin in Spring. The rooms were clean, great location of the hotel near the tram to go in Dublin city-center and next to the highway, when a big car-park. I found the staff at the reception cold and not very welcoming, too bad for a hotel when those are the first persons...

This hotel has had a facelift since my last stay and is now better than ever. Always excellent value and very accessible by public transport. Stayed on 4th floor in spacious comfortable room. Friendly staff. Adequate bar & restaurant.
