The most important thing about the Louis Fitzgerald hotel is finding the entrance, if arriving by car. I spent 45 minutes driving around the area trying to find the way in. The hotels website is not very helpful, (nor was our satnav). Every time you miss the entrance you end up doing a major loop on the motorway to get...

Hotel is badly signposted and it's very hard to find it from the motorway. The girl at reception was very nice but the rooms left a lot to be desired. I am astounded that this hotel has 4*? Was it reviewed ten/fifteen years ago? It is in bad need of an update. Our room had a stuffy, musty smell. The...

hotel was very clean and well run. Just one thing which annoyed me was the confirmation cost was £146 for two nights bed & breakfast for two.At the reception desk I was told that the pound is worth the same as the euro,so he asked for 171-20 sterling which was the calculated euro price,I refused to pay this so the...

We have stayed in this hotel several times and have always been impressed. Everything you expect. Had a few issues on a previous stay due to some poor staff but on this occasion the hotel more than made up for it. Can't wait for our next visit, the kids love it.

My brother and I stayed at this hotel during our Ireland road trip. It was a beautiful hotel, definirely worth its 4 star rating. The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only annoying bit of our stay was when we ordered pizza from a place outside of the hotel and Reception claimed they called...

This location is not great. It's literally on the side of a motorway, in a very industrial part of Dublin. Lots of confusing roundabouts, etc. Not much curb appeal-- directly outside the hotel door is a gas station. The neighborhood is lined with other basic 3-star hotels and businesses like car dealerships, etc. If you are looking for picturesque Ireland...

We stayed just one night, even though there was an incident with a drunken guest the manager dealt with it very well for which we are very grateful for. The staff we very friendly and happy to help. We did request a cot which wasn't there when we arrived so we did have to call down to reception for that,...
