If you need to visit the further south of Italy, this would be a perfect stop-over stay. Located on the top at a round shopping-centre, you would have another choice for dinner,too. It's very silent,all of rooms facing the inside of the mall, overlooking a free Meet-and-Greet-place.Car was very safed in the Garage near beside the entry, but there is also a Car-Park available in front of the Hotel for smaller budget. Close to Vesuv volcano, Napoli and Pompeji. Staff was very was very friendly, no matter if check-in or check-out. What else do you wish more?

I only speak English and the whole staff at the customer desk spoke great English. The food was great and having the mall attached to the hotel was very convenient. You could park inside for a small fee or in the parking lot for free

Location convenient for shopping mall with direct access. Air con worked well during heatwave. Majority of staff pleasant. The concierge was cheerful and helpful. Lack of clarity regarding Airport transfer service, this service is provided by local taxi firm. Room clean, spacious and comfortable with view and balcony over the central area. Breakfast plentiful with good range, Use of local taxi firm for local trips escalated cost of stay enormously. Local shuttle service would be ideal. I would probably stay again for a quick shopping visit.

The room was clean and neat. I found only two complaints to the property. The lock on the room door was touchy to open but it did work. The night of our stay I discovered after 22:00 that I could not turn on the shower. In addition the room was set up as a single (towels, glasses, etc). I am not complaining since the hotel only had an hour notice that a busload of us were coming.

This is a nice place to stay with very friendly & caring staff! It was a bit pricey, I’ve never had to pay for breakfast at Holiday Inn before so $10 per person was a bit much. On top of that, we were made to feel like it’s not a safe area so felt obligated to pay for the parking garage which was also extremely pricey. I’ve never had to pay a Holiday Inn for parking in their designated garage. Overall though it was nice having the mall attached to do some shopping and late night restaurants to eat it!

The hotel property is located inside a large shopping mall with hi-end shops, so anything you might need during your stay you are covered. The mall is easily accessible thru the hotel you don’t even have to walk outside, with different food options, retail or just a nice walk around is a very good option.
Five minutes driving from downtown Nola you have a very nice and very large Piccolo supermarket for all your needs from groceries, beauty, snacks, you know the usual with even more food options.
30 min drive to Caserta palace, 35 min from downtown Naples, same time to Napoli Capodichino Intl. airport. One hour to Pompei archeological site or a 55 min ride to Rome on a high speed train leaving from Afragola train station which is also 25 min from the hotel.
Also If you stay is very long like mine (70 days) the have a superb laundry service.

This may technically a 4-star hotel, but what distinguishes this hotel is the incredible staff who deliver a 5+ star service. We were on a road-trip and booked this hotel at the last minute after our originally booked hotel turned out to be a depressing disaster (but that’s another story!). We arrived at the Holiday Inn at Vulcano Buono Nola (note it is not in the city of Naples, but rather in a mall complex outside the city, convenient for the airport and visiting Pompeii) late in the evening, tired and weary with our 15 year old dog. We received the warmest welcome from the front desk staff. Francesco in particular was incredibly kind: upgrading us to a room more suited to our needs, arranging for a special meal to be cooked for our dog, and taking care of the charging of our car in their secure garage. Our booking included dinner and breakfast, both of which were excellent. The room was perfectly and thoughtfully appointed, with a balcony perfect for people watching in the central courtyard below. It was the perfect rest stop for our trip and felt like a real luxury experience. Thanks again to all the hotel and the wonderful Francesco for taking such good care of us. You made it a memorable experience. Hope to see you again

Very convenient location, great place! The distance from the big city makes a convenient and silent environment. The room was perfectly cleaned and changed, the breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared. I travelled to the neighboring towns and the fact, that being in this place skipped the traffic was additional bonus.

All of the normal 'Holiday Inn' facilitates are available - but the rooms, bar and restaurant are of a higher quality. Where this hotel stands out is the location!
Built within its "Own Volcano", it shares a facility with a large shopping complex and many eateries. Often busy, its a useful alternate if you are travelling with family. "The Hotel a Bond Villain would build" - my children joked! We'd happily stay again.

We had to get back from Naples to this hotel due to a misunderstanding. In Naples we caught a metro to a station, I forget its name, but the guard was very helpful + provided a map. From this station you catch a local train to Nola, + from there we took a taxi back to the hotel. Total time taken for trip about an hour.
Unlike others, the hotel is very good + we had an enjoyable stay, + we would not knowingly change for another hotel. Cars in Naples are only for the brave.
