It was the last and the best out of 4 hotels i've been in in Italy.
A hotel inside a volcano, very unique! The hotel lobby is impressive as well.
Rooms may not be big, but are very comfortable and the design is so modern,...More

I saw a lot of reviews, some that had it as a perfect 10. Consider this: No hot water. no way to regulated the temperature of the room. I had to open the doors to keep form being a sauna in winter. breakfast was cold...More
This hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere, with the mall being your best option for entertainement while you stay there. Rooms had insufficient storage with no drawers. Clearly a case of design taking priority over efficiency. Hotel had no room service, no bar,...More

We had to get back from Naples to this hotel due to a misunderstanding. In Naples we caught a metro to a station, I forget its name, but the guard was very helpful + provided a map. From this station you catch a local train to Nola, + from there we took a taxi back to the hotel. Total time taken for trip about an hour.
Unlike others, the hotel is very good + we had an enjoyable stay, + we would not knowingly change for another hotel. Cars in Naples are only for the brave.
Hope you have as good a stay as we did. Good luck.
