This hotel is nothing short of stunning. Beautifully decorated, multiple levels (which gives it a wonderful intimate atmosphere) and very Italian. The thermal spa waters make both indoor and outdoor pools warm, which was a real tonic (no jumping into icy waters!). My wife, myself and 5yr old son were made to feel really welcome. Everything we asked for was... More

We stayed here for 10 nights and it really is like an old peoples home. The furnishings and the decor and the rooms are disgusting. Our room was ok as it had a large terrace and a beautiful view but the room itself was dirty and in need of a complete makeover. The toilet seat was broken for the first... More

We really were bowled over by the old world charm of this Hotel we came away very relaxed by our experience. It may not suit everybody but overall we loved it. Our room had a lovely sea view and a view over the outdoor pool. The view across the Bay of Naples is breath taking and includes the sight of... More

Arrival was not a great experience. We were given a key brief details of complimentary bus and meal times. We were very tired and when we arrived in our room we were aghast at the size (we booked a deluxe sea view room). It was a broom cupboard. Also our booking stated single beds (two friends travelling). We went to... More

Hi, we stayed here for 7 nights, in September 2016. The staff on the front desk were helpful, the hotel itself in areas is more a 3 star, than the 4 star advertised ,the room we were in really needed updating. There, was a number of steps, you had to take, to access the different areas of the hotel, this was... More

For a cheap holiday it was fine, clean but dated. Breakfast buffet ok but service poor in the restaurant, average beer prices at 4.5 euro s pint. You are expected to order your evening meal at breakfast time, evening meals s bit hit and miss on temperature, portion sizes and delivery times. Could be s fab place if some money... More

Fantastic stay at the hotel this August and would highly recommend! Great food & wine supported by attentive service. We particularly enjoyed the views from the terrace while listening to the piano music filtering out from the bar. Staff fantastic and nothing was too much trouble which made for a perfect and relaxing holiday. Well done Le Querce. One point... More

This hotel was awful. Do not stay here. For £140 a night (stayed September 2016) you get an outdated room overlooking the main road and car park. You'll be greeted rudely on arrival. Then you'll go for breakfast and eat the most buttery eggs and bacon in the world but get there early because by 9 the fruit bowl is... More

The hotel and room was beautiful - no doubt about it. The service, however, was very off-putting. Concierge made some remarks when I had asked about prices for the mini-bar, and was otherwise not incredibly friendly. Not a deal-breaker, but just something to note. We also made the mistake of eating dinner at the hotel one of the evening's -... More

The hotel is outdated and overpriced. The location isn't great, neither the staff. During breakfast, I often had to look for a staff in order to be served ( very bad for a 4 star hotel). On the top of it, breakfast itself was repetitive & very average. Lunch was overpriced and not fresh. Interior design was like a nursing... More

Dear Guest, we are sorry that your stay wasn't positive. As regards the breakfast, it's strange that you had to look for a staff in order to be served, we apologize for the inconvenience. For lungh and dinner we have, like a normal restaurant, a menu with the price list. And, for sure, all the products are fresh! That's why... More
