We drove from Chiavari where we had an unpleasant accommodation experience to Levanto to be greeted so well by Valeria our wonderful hostess Okaya! To begin Valeria took us to the edge of town car park where we parked our car in the spot her fathers Fiat Panda had been in. Not a lot of space to fit in but...

Ive stayed with Valeria and her kind husband twice now. Each time we felt so welcome and appreciated. Last week one in our party lost their passport. Valeria was quick to contact the police, locate the passport and offered to accompany us to retrieve the document. She always has great suggestions for more activities in the area also. Such kind...

So glad we found this little gem of a place in its little gem of a town. Levanto makes for a perfect base from which to explore the Conquer Terre region: it's quiet, quaint, and has a much more local vibe than any of the other towns which can get full of foreign visitors. Our three day stay here was...

We absolutely loved our 4-night stay at La Dolce Vita at the end of June. The location is just perfect - very close to the town's largest plaza (piazza) and park as well as the beach. It was about a 1 km easy walk to the train station (relatively flat). We are so happy we stayed in Levanto instead of...

We first stayed at 'La Dolce Vita' in 2009. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have returned twice more, staying for 10 nights on both occasions. We find that Levanto is wonderful town. Ideal to use as a base for visiting the 'Cinque Terre', other Ligurian towns and sights but also has much to offer itself, with history,...

Should have stayed longer in this lovely B&B. Convenient to Cinque Terre by the train and helped by Valeria with lots of advice about the town and where to eat. Breakfast was great with a lovely family feeling.

We were well looked after by Valeria and husband at this b&b. Cosy and clean room looking out at a garden. Valeria was there to help if we needed it. Her ideas on what to do where helpful. Levanto is a good base for day-trips up or down the coast. We took the return boat trip Levanto - Portovenere and...

Right from the moment of booking Valeria was so welcoming and helpful. As others have said she offered to pick us up from the station which was a great start. I had looked at endless properties in the CT area and without knowing the towns I was hopeful that I had made the right choice, not to stay in the...

We loved our three night stay here. The owner was so friendly and more then accommodating, including picking us up from the train station. They provided excellent homely service and b/fast was fantastic. There really isn't anything bad you could say about this place. I would recommend Levanto as a great place to stay for exploring Cinque Terre and the...

The property is lovely and Valeria, the host, is even lovelier and more attentive than any other host we have encountered in our travels. Do yourselves a favour and stay at La Dolce Vita if Cinque Terre is your destination. Levanto is a great gateway for 5 Terre.
