We only stayed one night and wished we had time for longer stay but we enjoyed the "home" feeling of our limited stay. It was only a 10 min walk from the Duomo and we enjoyed the small town feel of the surrounding area. Our room was very clean & the bathroom was modern & met our needs. Thank you... More

This is a super place run by a young couple who also have other jobs Room was immaculate and nicely decorated. Bathroom and shower were large. Although we communicated our arrival time we had to wait to get in. Very accommodating people, gave great restaurant recommendations. I would go back.

Our room was lovely and the owners, Alessandra and Mirko were the perfect hosts, attentive, interested and interesting but sensitive to the need for privacy. Breakfast with them was delicious, the best we had in 10 days and thoroughly enjoyable. Both speak English, Alessandra very well. The restaurants they recommended were very good. The place is hard to find, you... More

We stayed two days is this nice old Sicilian town, and were very happy that we had chosen B&B La Volpe e l'Uva. This is a really charming place, with extremely kind and helpful owners Alessandra and Mirko. They are known for serving a fantastic breakfast, and indeed it was superb. On Sunday morning we were invited in their apartment... More

This is the bottom half of an apartment owned by Alessandra and Mirko. They are fabulous hosts who go out of their way to help you get the most from your visit. The apartment is located on a back street near the cathedral. Parking is a problem so plan accordingly. We found street parking. The rooms are very simple but... More

Lovely place to stay if you want to visit Villa Romana del Casale. Alessandra and Mirko are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is the finest we ate in our 2 week trip around Sicily. You will love Alessandra and Mirko, the young couple that runs this sweet little place. A puts out an amazing breakfast of her own home-baked cakes and goodies, generous coffee, and great conversation. Son Federico, age 2 at this writing, is full of fun. Our room was nicely decorated and had a roomy shower with lots of hot water. Downsides... More

We loved staying with Alessandra and her family! The room was large and welcoming, the home-made breakfast was INCREDIBLE, and Alessandra's welcome was personalised and thoughtful, with helpful recommendations and advice for our stay. We enjoyed talking in English and broken Italian over breakfast. (Alessandra was modest about her English, but it is in fact very good!) The location is... More

Excellent b&b in the centre of town with lovely, welcoming hosts. Breakfast was amazing with such a choice of homemade specialities. Great company talking with Alessandra and Mirko who speak very good English. Definitely recommend this b&b.

Thank you to Alessandra, Mirko and Federico for a wonderful stay in Piazza Armerina. I can throughly recommend this family run B&B. Right in the historic centre of the town. Tastefully decorated rooms and spotlessly clean. The breakfast prepared lovingly by Alessandra was amazing and was served in the family kitchen, making me feel right at home. The host Mirko... More
