Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms, pretty views. Nice stop on our way through the country! Good value for the money! About 15 minutes from Serra da Estrela! Be sure to drive up for the views and the cheese!

Worst hotel ever

I was booked in the Luna Hotel and it was the worst experience of my life. The WiFi was open to the public as long as you put in the pass key ‘freenet’ which is clearly shown at the reception. Anyone could use it so it was a terrible connection. Breaks fast and dinner were…

Dear Guest. We would like to appologise for the facts described. But we don't have any occurance like you are describing. We also dont have pool in Hotel Serra da Estrela. Average fare in a great place!

Excellent location... beautiful setup. Wooden structure like a chalet. Lovely ambience. What lacks here is the upkeep. The room, furniture, linen are dated and looks aged. Carpets on floor are dirty. Bathrooms ate spacious and nice. Refreshments in the bar too is just average.
