This parador has nothing to do with most paradors. It is not a historical building like most paradors and the rooms are quite outdated, however the restaurant is quite good and you can taste a local menu. The location is not very convenient is you plan to visit Teruel, since it is not walking distance from the center.

This Parador was built in traditional style in the mid 1950's and was updated in 1985. It does not have a town centre location as do many Paradors - it's a couple of Kms outside, too far to walk. It is set in pleasant grounds. There is plenty of parking. Other reviewers have criticised this parador for being dated and... More

Staff friendly. Only one person at reception when we checked in at 4.30pm. Nobody to help with luggage. Poor but expensive breakfast. This hotel seems shabby & needs redecorating, not the service the Parador claims to promise.

This is a great place to stay when travelling, as we were, from San Sebastian to Costa Blanca. Like many Paradors it's a bit dated. However, having said that our room was clean and spacious and we had tea and coffee making equipment. The restaurant for dinner was perfectly reasonable. The lighting is somewhat bright but it's similar to many... More

The staff and service was good, room ok but very smelly bathrooms. Location good if your passing through, the garden and outside area look good, well kept. I couldn't recommend it as It was so disappointing . Pardons have good reputations, perhaps a little upgrade would help and a better menu, dinner was ok! Breakfast was not good.

A very good address for a stay. The service rendered is excellent and very helpful despite the poor ability to talk other than Spanish. The restaurant, bar and breakfast are recommendable and most important: People in the reception take the time for the guest which makes him/her feel comfortable.

Enjoyed our overnight stay. Furnishing to a high standard and a good selection of food for dinner and breakfast. Easy parking outside front entrance. Enjoyed a drink in the terrace bar overlooking the extensive gardens.

My wife and I love traveling through Spain and staying at the Paradors. Our stay at the Parador just outside Teruel was very disappointing. The interiors of the Parador were old fashioned and belonged to another era. The dining room was overlit and resembled a cafeteria. The food was mediocre. It hurts to write these lines but perhaps the owners... More

The reception area and stairways smelt horrible. The male receptionist who checked us in was miserable and couldn't even be bothered to tell you about breakfast. Room and bathroom was ok. No instructions on how to use the phone which wasn't helpful. Young barman was nice and friendly and so were restaurant staff. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant was... More

Last hotel of the rutas and it was very good. We did our bit of culture going into town then a fair bit of ealing by the pool. The food is very good and staff are efficient and friendly, despite seeming to be there most of the waking day
