October half term break for myself and 10 year old. Booked via Voyage Prive. Seemed like a good deal. Had to book own private transfers and used Zip who seemed best priced and turned out to be efficient and on time.25 minutes transfer so very convenient. We arrived around 9.30pm and received a couple of plates of food which was... More

We stayed here for ten nights half board. Very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful setting in lovely gardens with sea views and two pools. No beach nearby but hotel minibus provided to nearest town of Peguera. From there, we were able to make trips to Port Andratx and Palma by local bus. Both really worthwhile.

We stayed for 6 nights. Our accommodation was located in Block 4 and on first impressions all was well, we had a welcome glass of fizz on arrival lollipops for the kids, rooms have been refurbished partially but not the bathrooms or ensuites. Rooms cleaned, towels removed but never replenished. Block 4 overlooks Block 9 which is a building site.... More

Very nice hotel, great pool and sun bathing facilities. Cannot fault rooms. The views are amazing over the town and bay. The location is atop a hill, which provides the views but have two choices to get into the town, a hill walk or taxes. The hill walk is nice during the day, but difficult at night, the walk is... Following on from our trip last June to this hotel when we had a shaky start this time all went perfectly well, our favourite room was waiting for us with a bottle of Champagne on ice, a lovely touch from Aina and her staff. This is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, food, facilities and entertainment, special mention to Clarence... More

Booked this hotel through Voyage Prive as a treat for the wife and I. We arrived here late morning via private transfer and were greeted with a glass of fizz. The room,we were informed was not ready. So, taking our drink to the outside area overlooking the pool we were quietly impressed with the tranquillity of the place, amazing view... More

I travelled here with family and it was a stunning place to stay. The staff are all really friendly and welcoming, offering you a high service. It was very peaceful and relaxing, just what we all needed. The food was delicious, the buffet offered a wide range of food every night and for lunch the menu gave you enough choices... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Galatzo. The staff were very helpful. Towards the end of our stay the dining room waiting staff seemed fewer on the ground however, perhaps because it was October ? though the hotel was still full. We had room 414 which was a bit of walk from the main hotel, which didn't bother us, I... More
