From the minute we checked in to the sad moment we checked out this hotel was fabulous and more than met our expectations. The staff were fabulous. Every single member of staff made us feel special. The hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean and the grounds including the pool area a re kept pristine. The food , wine and especially the cocktails ( we are experts in drinking cocktails !!!) were wonderful and not overpriced as in some 5* hotels. I cannot praise this Hotel enough and we have already booked to return with some of our children and grandchildren in May. I congratulate the staff and management for maintaining such a high quality of hotel

We went here a second time and it was as good as the first time though a little bit more crowded of course. Last time was january 2021 celebrating my fiancee's 50 th birthday and now this time mine 50th birthday. Very excellent service from all of the staff. From hotell, manager, reception, breakfast staff, cleaning staff. Everybody has a very "nothing is impossible"-mindset and everybody is amazingly service minded. Beautiful views with evening sun on the terrace. Breakfast has everything and on my birthday we had a wonderful champagne breakfast at the terrace. Top floor restaurant also very good. If we should be extremely picky the only downside is the pretty small gym without any windows. We had a perfect stay and will be for sure be back a third time. Thanks Radisson! Regards Anna&Mikael…

Third time here for us in the last few years. 5 night break. Sunshine all day every day and mid-20s. Lovely. Hotel did not disappoint. The main plus point is the staff. Polite and attentive without fail, but not intrusive. Room cleaned to a high standard. We opted for bed & breakfast. The breakfast buffet is varied and huge with a short order chef preparing omelettes, fried eggs etc to order. Quantities are unlimited. We ended up only having only one other meal per day. Most nights we had the €30 buffet dinner. Again, huge and varied with additional options each evening. Eg paella, Chinese/sushi, Italian. Reasonably priced wine by the bottle or glass. There is a lovely pool (22 degrees) with plentiful sun loungers, and more on a large grassed area with palm trees and umbrellas. We requested the hotel to organise our transport to and from the airport (about 35 mins) which they did with minimum fuss. We also requested a late checkout as our transfer wasn’t til the afternoon, which they also accommodated. All in all, a lovely stay. The facilities are good but it’s the willing and cheerful staff who really made it for us.…

Good location. Excellent hotel. Stayed in a three-bed suite. Nice bedrooms. Good social areas and great balcony. Not a fan of buffe dinners which the hotel is running in one of the two restaurants but there are several good alternatives, especially if you stay away from the usual beach places to eat (and the other hotel restaurant is really good). Breakfast at the hotel is top notch.

For the first time I would have wanted to award this property with a 6th star! The staff at this hotel - simply amazing!!! From before our arrival both Vilde and Mario took exceptional care of us. The staff at both restaurants were superb, and really liked their work. Cava upon arrival, best Jensen bed I have ever slept in, big rooms, immaculate cleaning, aboundance of sunbeds at any time of day, great breakfast buffet (do not listen to the negative reviews here), positioned in between two beaches, evening sun on balconies, water and fridge in room, not a sound at night, wonderful views of sunsets, good (and silent) AC, great pools, good supermarket on site where you could buy drinks and bring to the pool, good poolside service and good lunch. Next time in Gran Canaria we will definitely be back at this wonderful retreat!…

I have been a gold Radisson member (now of course Radisson Americas for me) for years. Stayed in Radisson properties from Shanghai to Switzerland and one thing is always true. Friendly staff, well kept properties and almost never a complaint. I needed some warm sun in a cold January and decided to book a holiday in the Canary Islands and once again Radisson delivered. This hotel has an amazing heated pool and all the amenities you’d want plus a small market type grocery store inside the hotel. Best holiday I’ve had in a very long time. A special thanks to the housekeeping staff for taking such good care of me. You cannot go wrong with this property

Overall an excellent hotel . Suggested improvements : The music in the 222 SW bar is terrible and far too loud . Would not go there again . People playing ball games in the pool is a nuisance . Very friendly and efficient staff .

Excellent staff, rooms and hotel in general always very clean. Lots of space and beds around multiple pools, very family friendly. The staff were always ready to help, smiling and efficient. The only small issue was the hot food was generally cold or at best warm, not hot. Anraez at the bar was excellent, new all the drink mixes and always happy.
