This was the perfect hotel for me to start my Camino pilgrimage. The location was superb and the accommodations very comfortable. I had a front room overlooking the plaza, so that was a bonus. Attentive staff, good breakfast and clean room. Can't go wrong here.
Third stay at Bierzo Plaza, each a stop on El Camino. Each has been an excellent stay. Welcoming, efficient desk staff. Beautifully designed, clean, comfortable room overlooking the Ayuntamiento. Highly recommend this facility
at location, helpful staff, secure parking at decent price, fair breakfast and Aircon that works. Would reuse and recommend.
Rooms on the small side, but you would expect that so close to centre. Cost reasonable so no complaints.
We stayed for two nights booked with Macs Adventures to complete the Camino Frances.
We had a lovely spacious room with balcony overlooking Bierzo Plaza. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice to suit every taste.

I tried 3 rooms before I was comfortable. Room #1 had no windows unless you count a dusty skylight and no working WiFi . Room #2 was barely large enough for the twin bed—felt like the maid’s quarter also with no working WiFi. Room #3...More

I didn't need my laundry doing as I was at the start of my trip. Generally speaking 3*** hotels can be pricey but some charge as little as €10.00 for a small bundle of clothes. I would email them direct on their... More
