For us , as we travel a lot , this is te BEST b&b you can find in this neighbourhood !!Esther and Andres make very sure you feel at home from the first minute. The pristine and modern rooms are strengthening this feeling. Highly recommended!
Andreas, Just 4 days with you guys and want to be back ASAP!!! Great place but most I miss is You and your wife. Great service. Long talks and all the help I got .. Dont know if I find ever palce like this one . I'll be back soon- you know why. To people that look for the good stay in Calella - just do it! Dont need more to write. Lech
We stayed here for 5 night based on the reviews and a somewhat tight budget. This B&B has anything you need and even more. Their service is warm and kind, the owner picked us up from the airport, he spend some time explaining the city as well. During breakfast he remembered our drinks so it felt personally and cozy. This B&B is very well located, close to the beach, close to the main street and close to a supermarket. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is lovely. I also liked that we got a pair of beach towels and we could use their bikes too. I really like this place, it made my first experience with Spain a most memorable and joyful one. Thank you El Pekinaire
Superb chill out. Lovely clean rooms although small perfectly adequate.Good breakfast served in peacefultimate atmosphere.Good location in the tourist centre Highly recommended for for relacing break .
I stayed at El Pekinaire after reading the excellent TA reviews. Through my work I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels worldwide and I believe El Pekinaire (at c €50 per night B&B) represented the best value for money I’ve experienced in Western Europe. The room (for the price) was excellent, exceptionally clean with good quality fixtures and fittings. The bed was very comfortable, the room well insulated (hence quiet) and the air con worked well. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and tasty. Andres and his wife (& team) were very welcoming and happily lent me a plug adapter for the time I was there. Large chain hotels typically request a deposit or don’t offer loans. As I booked through the website I also received free flip flops (much needed as the beach was roasting) and a beach towel during my stay. Andres also arranged (via email) transfers to and from Calella for me. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying again and thoroughly recommend El Pekinaire.…
