We stayed there because we were visiting friends who live close by, but the location is not good for visiting the city, it is not easily reached by public transport from the city. Rooms are comfortable and big. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was great and tasty and also not expensive.

Stayed one night, lovely room, spacious and clean bathroom. The breakfast bar is very nicely stocked and includes several fresh juices and dairy-free options. Very decent price with easy and quick access to Madrid (by car, Uber, Taxi ...).

Office area but hotel is ok. Quiet rooms and the bed is good! Breakfast has everything needed and great coffee. For dinner there are restaurants in walking distance near the cinema. Will go again for sure.

Quite disappointing - whilst the hotel was convenient for us, I found the service to be pretty poor particularly at reception. Building work was happening on my floor so there was an odour of paint in the corridor. The room is fine but quite basic, the air con didn’t work well and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. I therefore asked for some hot water and a teabag only to be told I could have the hot water for free but would need to pay 2 euros 50 for a teabag. This evening receptionist was very rude and dismissive. It’s the small things which make a difference. I wouldn’t use this hotel in the future.

I have no idea how this hotel receives 3 stars. This place is run down, disgusting and in the middle of nowhere. The walls are crumbling in the hallways, and it felt so unclean that I had to leave shortly after checking in to go to another hotel in Pozuelo that is so much better. Sercotel is a much better option.

The room was clean but it is difficult to get to by public transportation. The tram (metro legero) is expensive and there is no other way to get to hotel from ciudad jardin metro stop. on weekends there is half-hour wait for the tram and the tram trip is about 2 minutes! So it is incredibly expensive. There is a shopping center that has a coffee shop that is decent nearby. Other than that, there is absolutely nothing.

It is small clean just for a night stay very basic breakfast it is chip but has good wifi LED TV Safe deposit box in the room and an empty refrigerator, (you can get a snack or light drink in the lobby self-service) it is not good idea to come here without Car

I travel a lot, 4 days, 4 different cities. With that, you get used to manage low expectations and complications on hotels. You are very pragmatic. Has to come to this hotel forced, as overbooked on my normal one. This hotel is raw, undressed, almost built with IKEA furniture and no care on light environment at the reception hall, breakfast is medium, but acceptable. It's the type of place, where a small tv is on with football, with sound... The rooms very spartan and poor. Small LCD had no remote...great to have Netflix and a book. WC small and shower in a box. Until now bearable, I sleep and work only, Woke up ready for another busy day...cold water...no hot water whatsoever...had to take a shower freezing...builds character is what I say to my kids when facing adversity ;)
Well this made the experience awful and the rest of details exacerbated, to never come back.
Had to do an early skype call - bad wifi, robot lagging voices...not productive

This is one of 2 hotels in Ciudd de la Imagen. The staff are friendly, speaking good English, this is an adequate business trip hotel. Although the ground floor has had a makeover the rooms are a little dated and the place feels a little tired.
The air conditioning is non-existent, so quite uncomfortable in the summer.
Breakfast is OK, but not great.
There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but there is a bar / restaurant 50m from the from of the hotel that has a decent range of food

Clean room, sheets, towels bathroom etc. But basics are missing - there is no kettle in the room so you cant make coffee/tea in the morning (isn't that standard even in a 3 star..?). So, you have to take yourself downstairs to a coffee maker and pay 2.3 euros for a really small cup. There is a desk, but no power outlets to plug in your laptop or phones etc. There is only 1 outlet next to the TV on the opp side of the room - not convenient at all. Not sure why such a small thing isn't taken care of. A/c isn't great - woke up sweating. As someone else mentioned, double bed is 2 completely separate singles shoved together. I'm here on business and arrived on Sat, there isn't anything around except a carrefour down the street. Hotel doesn't serve dinner, so be prepared to walk about 1.2km to find a restaurant. There is a bar in the lobby, but never seen it open. TV is tiny!
