The only strange thing about this hotel is the name. A Swiss name would suit better for this great hotel where you get the feeling you are in a postcard. In summer you can get there by car via a rather exciting one lane road. Unfortunately you have to pay chf 20 for the parking because of the use of...

We had a great time over a long weekend, hiking in the mountains around the lodge. We booked their special offer that included a nice welcome cake, two dinners, and spa entrance. We were very happy with this deal. The lodge is reachable by car in summer, going up a narrow road where you hope that no other car will...

Lovely hotel if you're looking for seclusion, quiet and peace. An old school chalet, enhanced with state of the art modern architecture. Lovely views, spacy, modern rooms. Walk-in showers have some issues with the water debit, so look out not to flood your bathroom. Nice outside spa-area, with the most wonderfull, wood-heated hot tub. EXCELLENT cuisine, but pricy - although...

We were there during winter for only one night. It is located half way to the top of the Rinderberg mountain. We had a nice experience in this hotel, it had a nice small reception and the workers were really nice. The room was amaaaaazingggg (I felt in love of it), clean and with an incredible view from our balcony....

Today we visited this mountain boutique hotel near the potentially ugliest Swiss wintersport resort "Zweisimmen" in the Bernese Alps. Our intention was to first have a drink followed by lunch. As the restaurant was totally full, we decided to have a drink in the smallish but cute and nearly empty lounge first. After about 15 minutes, I rang the reception...

Although the snow was lousy it was great to spent time skiing in the neighbourhood( adelboden) And having the warm And relaxing jacuzzi And spa at the lodge. The service could have been better. But the rooms And atmosphere made up for that inconvenience.

Hamilton lodge is a very nice place. Good skiing and a wonderful surrounding. The restaurant is not cheap but the quality is good. The only dissonant was a crummy guy called Boris who kept complaining about almost everything, including the lovely dog of the owner.
