Swiss quality? Our experience was far from what you think about in terms of quality. When checking in we realised that the Family suite with double & 2 separate ’comfortable 90x210’ bed booked was actually a Sofa bed not fit for grown kids booked as adults. We were proposed to change to the cheapest room cathegory but descided to stick with were we checked in. The it turned out that the elecricity inte the bathroom Did not work (and Could not be fixed Due to late Friday) So we had to change - now We were offered a better room category. No one asked if we wanted help with our luggage and They Could not give is the new keys before checked out from first room. FYI at 9.50 the breakfast is gone No more Things being replenished. At check out there was apologies and the some reduction including our minibar consumption to the late roomservice Later the same day - came a message that Belvoir charged us for consumption (but not the one we actually had). Make sure to check the minibar inventory at arrival We will not be seeing Belvoir again…

Dear Anders E Thank you for your feedback. It always helps us to improve our services. Regarding the room discription we already change it on our homepage to prevent missunderstandings in the future. Usually we provide this family room as well to three or four adults and it fits. We apologize that it was not the comfort you had expected for your stay. Fixing the electricity issue was a bit difficult for our front desk employee that is why she provided you double room and junior suite with lake view. That food products did not get refreshed on the breakfast buffet, even it is 9.50 am, is not the service we want to provide our guests and has to be discussed with our staff. The missunderstanding regarding your minibar consumption after check-out should definitely not happen but was corrected within one day by our front office manager and dicussed internaly. Despite the indidents described we hope having you and your family as our guests again to prove you about the better service we regulary provide. Best regards Daniel Kost Hotel Manager

Nice view. Very well organized, great food at the restaurant, and all the servers were very professional. The only issue with the pillows is that they are too fluffy, they should be at least one soft and one hard so the customer can choose their favorite one.

I checked in slighlty before 10.30pm and I have been told that the kitchen was already closed and that it was not possible to order any kind of room service although it's written a the reception that is supposed to be open until 10.30pm. After complaining, I finally got a cheese plate but quite a disappointing customer service for the standard of this hotel.

Hotel staff were all nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, rooms clean and spacious and the view from my corner suite was wow..posted on IG and frds were all asking where is this hotel. A short drv from old town and offers free parking, I would definitely come back if I’m visiting Zurich again.

Stayed at the Belvoir for 2 nights whilst on route to Austria/Switzerland. Excellent location for visiting the Lindt factory but most of all such a beautiful view from our room. Hotel is modern, well presented with great staff. Safe parking thou rather expensive.

We went there for a romantic weekend for my boyfriend’s birthday. The spa was great as well the hot pool on the terrace. We also had appointments for massages, they were so relaxing. We had a gourmet dinner and the Sunday brunch, all good. I highly recommend the brunch, lot of food and variety of choice. Staff was really polite and friendly (We met a Sicilian waiter who helped us with the menu and was very kind to us as the other people of the stuff). Room was beautiful, we chose the lake view.

We stayed in the Belvoir hotel for 3 nights : meetings, diners, networking. It was a great experience. Lakeview was superb, lunches and diners delicious, silent during the night, great bar and garden.

We spent one night on the road to the mountains. It's a very posh and modern looking hotel with a nice lake view. You have all the comfort you expect from a 4 star business hotel. The restaurant is very nice, with a beautiful glass wine cellar in the middle. The menu is really nice as is the wine list but it is rather expensive (at least for non-Swiss visitors).

Me and my bf decided to getaway for one night in Zurich and chose this hotel to enjoy the wonderful view over the lake. We have been warmly welcomed by the staff and helped in finding the fastest way to downtown Zurich for the night. Breakfast (though not included in the price) was excellent but the highlight of the stay was surely the outstanding SPA, in particular the Jacuzzi. Very charming and romantic Ruschlikon!

Very friendly staff. Beautiful view from the room. Very nice, quiet sauna, the fitness section is good equipped. Unfortunately the restaurant was already fully booked when we arrived. It’s recommended to book in advance. We are looking forward to returning.
