An overall good hotel, with no real points for improvement. The hotel is a bit older, so that does show but beds are good and all amenities work. The breakfast buffet is a treat. Staff is accommodating and ready to resolve things when raised - very happy to have been allowed early check in when craving a shower after a...

A fantastic hotel for the price. Big and very comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very cosy little bar. Hard to think what is missing. My only comment for the hotel, is that the hot water is pipping hot, which could cause a health and safety issue.

No near public transportation was available. We had to walk more than 12 minutes to reach public transportation and the roads from the nearby train station to the hotel was a little complicated. I think it is good to provide walking directions or maps for walking on the reservation confirmation email. Thanks and regards

The hotel is totally bad! I was shocked when I saw the blankets of the bed it was disgusting ! The only good thing is the free parking and the location otherwise it's a completely bad experience. I hope the hotel be more careful of their cleanness service...

The hotel was all you could expect and in a very convenient location. The rooms were large and airy but no air conditioning in the rooms. (The weather was warm.) The breakfat buffet had numerous items and they were all fresh and tasty.

Very friendly staff and room spacious and clean. Great parking facilities. Was very hot and could not cool room. The hotel is situated in a central yet quiet area. Great shopping center just up the road.

This is now the 6th time we've stayed here as we have family nearby and the staff and hotel itself are always excellent. The breakfast buffet us superb with plenty of choice for even the most fussy eaters.

We have stayed here a few times whenever we visit family in the area, the superior rooms are fitted out to a good standard although in some places looking a bit tired. Breakfast is very good - lots of choice, the staff are all very nice and helpful, the only downside is the hotels location, the only place to eat...

Can't fault our stay there, the staff were heckled, room clean and tidy - and spacious. The breakfast was great, a really generous buffet style, with plenty of choice. Bar was also good. But it's in the commercial district so it's a taxi ride anywhere - strangely, it's not even near a train stop. However, we don't mind taxiing, so...

Great service! I am a 'difficult sleeper' and when mentioning it I was offered a room on the more silent side, which I have very much appreciated, I had a deep sleep! :-) At breakfast I asked for 'spiegeleitjes' which were prepared and serviced with a smile! Very nice to start the day like that...
