Hotel great location, room was clean and well worth the money. But the biggest asset to the hotel is the duty manager Sarah! Nothing was too much for this lovely young lady. Very polite and professional. Will definitely visit again.

Hotel's Favourite
For the location, price and access to bars,shops and restaurants, this hotel is superb. Right by A1/M62, quiet, good shower, comfy bed and free parking. Clean and tidy and all for a very good price. Can eat on site or loads of options in walking distance. Have stayed many times and always same good standards. Premier inn so underrated.

Arrived at the hotel only to find the date booked was not correct, Thankfully the hotel staff went above and beyond and resolved the issue immediatly, and a very special Thank you to Sarah who went above and beyond, top quality customer service and certainly colleagues who take their role seriously and truly go above and beyond for their customers.

One night here with work and all good. Location is excellent for nearby attractions, restaurants and retail within walking distance if that’s your thing. Typically clean, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast offering was good, with friendly efficient staff throughout the hotel. It was a bit tricky finding a parking space but as I arrived 9pm, probably to be expected. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Stayed in a premier inn plus room, extra treats, water, mini fridge, chocolates, coffee machine, however the window sound proofing was very poor, A surprise as Premier inns pride themselves on the level of sound proofing.

Comfy clean room, slept so well. Staff very welcoming. Convenient for all activities at Xscape and just off the M62. Would happily stay again. Only stayed one night but it meant we did not need a delegated driver.

Myself and partner was a bit disappointed in this stay, we couldn’t get checked into our rooms until 4pm even tho check in time is 3pm, they said our room wasn’t ready, but when u can check in at 3pm the room should be ready

The premier plus rooms are large and comfortable. The bed is amazing, as is the shower. However the pillows are like slabs of concrete. Hated them. My room wasn’t cleaned overnight. The Wi-Fi is unusable.
