We stayed at the hotel for one night and the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. We would not eat in the restaurant again as the food was not that good. We would stay in the hotel again.

We did not make use of the leisure facilities and so cannot comment on these. Club room was great size, good facilities (coffee machine, hair dryer etc) and extremely comfy bed; we had a great nights sleep. Only downside however was that we felt the bathroom was not as clean as we would expect.

Pool/Spa very busy overcrowded in our opinion and a lot of unsupervised children using all the facilities even though signage clearly states age restriction on certain areas of pool Bar staff very friendly

Not the usual experience at a Village Hotel. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned fully with limescale over the shower head and muck which was able to be wiped off surrounding the overflow pipe of the sink basin. We arrived at breakfast the following day at 9.00am and warmly welcomed. However there was a very large queue for cooked...

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were friendly & welcoming. Explained everything to us on arrival & made sure we had everything we needed. I have stayed before but this stay was much nicer, already looking at staying again when we come to London.

As I was in the club room , it doesn't have a kettle . I asked reception for a kettle and tea bags . Within minutes it was all brought up to me. I often stay here and love the quality of sleep and hotel/ room facilities. Will be back again in march for another night.

Very nice pool. Check the kids swim times if you're taking children. Plenty of parking. Restaurant pretty expensive. Helpful staff. Breakfast only ok. Club rooms have a nice big tv with sky channels..

Stayed here on a Friday night, and it was without doubt one of the best hotels in terms of atmosphere and staff I've stayed at. I personally want to praise James who worked in the Bar (Bar Manager I think) & Matt in the restaurant. They were both really friendly, professional, & very helpful. The room was fantastic, & I...

We recently visited this hotel as a part of a weeding gift. The hotel was lovely and we stayed in the club room which was gorgeous and had everything you would need. The food and service was great and the hotel is a great distance from the elstree abd borahmwood station so it was very easy to go to the...
