Stayed here once before. Easy to find and ample parking. Very good if flying from Manchester. Rooms comfy, bit small but normally I only sleep here. Transfer to airport £6 return very good. Dinner menu 2 for £29 including glass of wine. It's the best way to do it. Arrive day before, relax, leave car and go to airport. It...

On arrival the reception staff were ill-informed and lacked basic knowledge of meal times and spa facilities. When asked about the spa, one member of staff said that he doesn't use it as he would rather use the village spa instead. We paid £6 each to use the facilities and found this to be way over priced. The hot tub...

This is the third time I've stayed here - not a place I would choose for a holiday or short break, but very convenient for the airport and M56, and a reasonable price. Although the prices I've seen in the internet were for 'room only' and don't include breakfast (£10:50) or pool (£6) or gym. Having said that, it's sensible...

On arrival we were shown By John where everything was, and how to access it, he was extremely helpful. The spa and treatment was lovely and worth waiting for. John at reception was, so helpful and pleasant to be around, and created a positive, nice feeling atmosphere where all were welcome. He made us all feel relaxed and at ease...

We went there for a 4 day Christmas break and what a disastrous holiday, nobody seemed to know what was happening, meal times were changed, had to wait quite a while whilst food was replenished, Manager Vince was great on Christmas day, we felt so sorry for him having to oversee the whole Christmas lunch and he was only a...

This hotel was like a wolf in sheep's clothing, it looked ok on the outside, but when you got inside it was terrible. At night, all we could here was doors slamming above us and we didn't get any sleep at all. We were moved rooms at about 4 in the morning but it didn't help. Plus we had a...

stayed here night before an early morning flight, location is good - about 10 mins drive to Airport. Rooms are fairly small and could do with a little TLC but for around £40 a night in my opinion it was good value for money and the free overnight parking is an added bonus.

Stayed the night before our flight. Arrived by train. They picked us up by taxi from the station and took us to the airport in the early hours. Only £6 each. Very good service. Restaurant food was OK. We got 2 courses and a glass of wine for £15. However the restaurant was freezing and had no heating on. Hotel...

Looking for a cheap option for hotel with parking, we tried the Britannia (Airport Inn) at Wilmslow. Big mistake on our part; the room was small, dirty and grubby. The towel rail was on the floor and there was bad odour of mould and damp. The meals were of a very basic standard and poor quality. They were also expensive,...

Hotel very clean. Room very small, but adequate for 1 night prior and after flight. Plenty of hot water, plus tea and coffee making facilities. Meal in restaurant - terrible, inedible. After waiting an hour for meal to arrive, we sent it back. My husband's meal was burnt and my butter nut squash risotto had no butterr nut squash in...
