The Stanneylands is a lovely hotel. The rooms are gorgeous with excellent features.
Stayed on business so used the facilities during the day. Conference rooms are lovely but service is lacking with a failure to change water, remove dirty pots etc.
Staff helpful and friendly. Made sure
that my gluten free meal was served separately which was a really nice touch . If I could complain at all it would be that we had to pay extra for a second tea and coffee which wasn’t expected
Went to a family wedding
Place lovely and staff aimed to please
Pity about the workmen drooling and chopping trees
However all in all staff aimed to please everywhere was clean
Food was lovely venue room warm but we are having a heatwave
