I looked at staying in another hotel but decided they didn't offer a great deal more and were expensive. This hotel has a good selection of restaurants around. Roger who welcomed us when we arrived was such a happy friendly man. I am sure we will be back again.

The disabled rooms have 2 single beds with easy to move into a double but as they are easy to move they can also move apart ! My disabled slipped between them slowly onto the floor . We explained the problem and they put a king size mattress over the the 2 singles within an hour. Excellent.

Roger "The Travelodger" greeted us with a friendly smile, even hummed a song while booking us in. The room was clean and well prepared with plenty of hot water for showers. This lodge is in an ideal location for visiting attractions in North Somerset and beyond with easy access to the M5. Several food outlets are within easy walking distance,...

Clean, warm, quiet and convenient for the airport early next morning (less than 30mins away). Restaurant close by for previous evening, and close enough to wander round the shops if necessary too. Actually had a bath, not just a shower, in the room too. The biggest problem was finding where to park - had to stop and ask at reception...

We found this travel lodge exceptional. The staff made us welcome and given that the reason we were in Bristol was for planned surgery, made us feel cared for following my husbands discharge. Super convenient for shops and restaurants and knocking nag on the door of Bristol. Easy to find, parking no problem, room comfort very good. I would add...

I've stayed in Travelodges around the UK and most, if not all offer a good, decent, basic standard that you can rely on for a proper night's sleep with handy meal choices close by. The Travelodge we chose, just by checking trip advisor reviews turns out to be absolutely perfect for us. Not only is it's location really interesting, with...
