Excellent accommodation, staff & food..well done!We usually book in here on trips to Bristol, & have never been disappointed. There is always a friendly welcome & assistance offered 24/7.Nothing is too much trouble. The Restaurant has a lovely Breakfast menu, which gets you off to a good start.Very much recommended.

The walls were paper thin, and there was a two hour wait to eat in the Restaurant! Then we got horrid directions from the waitstaff to find something to eat =/ Got woken up very early by noisy guests and stayed up very late due to noisy guests. Normally Premier Inns are great but this one was rubbing us the...

An excellent stay in a most comfortable hotel. Spacious impeccably clean room and a large comfortable bed enabled us to have a very good night's stay. The restaurant aside was most useful late evening with a varied menu to suit most tastes. In both the hotel and restaurant we found all staff courteous friendly and most willing to help and...

Convenient location to visit Portishead. Restaurant is fine, busy, food good. Tip, Barman Andrew is brilliant, people skills, work ethic all first class. He will definitely look after you. Brewers Fare are lucky to have him employed.

A Good edge of town stay. Hotel is next to a retail park and within a 15 min walk from town centre. Room quality is what I would expect of a premier inn although the water pressure in the shower was a bit poor. Good breakfast at the pub next door.

Husband and I had booked for the night of 21/12 before leaving for a cruise next day. We were given a very friendly welcome and when we asked to change from an upstairs room because of stairs it was changed immediately. A lovely large quiet room at the back with very comfortable bed and everything needed. Adrian offered to help...

We stayed three nights, while visiting Somerset including days in Bath and Bristol. The hotel was easily accessible from the motorway, and situated near a pleasant marina worth a walk around, with eating places nearby. We drove to the park and ride car park in Bristol, which was very easy, but there are also buses from Portishead Excellent would stay...
